I worked in SEO for the 15 years. The way this technology is setup is EXCELLENT! Every lead is measured - BUT and there's a BIG BUT to this story.
Rogers OUTRANK SEO experts have NO CLUE how to work with google adwords, google local business, or organic results.
They completely hijacked my online marketing campaign, promising more leads than I was generating myself.
The result after 3 months - 1, YES ONE, lead - a single lead.
Total cost for the ONE lead? $3000 - yes THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Just for that single lead.
MUCH MUCH MUCH Worse - I was instructed to transfer my google local business to them, turn off my adwords and turn off my catch/landing pages so that they would be able to measure all the leads that came through.
RESULT: - Now my OWN online marketing stopped generating leads too!
My only leads were from ORGANIC leads to my standard web site - (remember, my catch pages/landing pages were turned off)
I complained after month 1
Response: I should be patient, this is a new campaign
I also noted that they had used the SAME TEMPLATE for several of my competitors and we now all looked the same, same SEO wording, everything - colours and stock photos same, same, same. They fixed NOTHING
I complained after month 2
Response: I did get calls, so why did I mark them all as bad?
The calls were calls for the OLD OWNER of that phone number and mostly collections.
They changed the phone number for me
NOW I get FAXES calling me all day and night... beep beep beep....
I complained after 2.5 months (my campaign was contracted for 3 months)
Response: NONE - no returned phone call, no returned email
I HOUNDED them for 3 days (called every 3 hours)
Finally I got a supervisor on the phone - with promises of making the campaign work so that I would renew after the 3 month period was over.
NO CONTACT SINCE... no changes no new leads, NOTHING
A SINGLE LEAD was generated from a person who wanted a FREE CONSULTATION and didn't book anything after.
I restarted my own google adwords and turned on my landing pages. I'm starting to generate leads again... Rogers outrank has crippled my business.
Do NOT waste your money on rogers outrank.

The Rogers Outrank service used the EXACT COPY of a WORDPRESS-type site for SEVERAL of my colleagues. This made it SUPER EASY to find them and phone them. EACH ONE OF THEM has NOT RECEIVED ANY LEADS from Rogers Outrank. Rogers Outrank is a SCAM. It's technology is good, but its run by amateurs. In the end its NOT the technology that makes this work, its the quality of the SEO - and they really don't have a clue how pay per click or organic works at google. I'm sorry I had to learn such an expensive lesson. I want to pass this information on to any other gullable souls out there who might be duped by rogers outrank. Please take care and lets try and minimize the damage these scam artists do. Take care.
