I register for a free 5-day trial. when I wanted to cancell my membership, there were three options. 1 - fill in a form and pay 0.99+0.01 dollar. 2 - call two numbers. Neither of them were answered. 3 - Online call center- There isn't one available. Is just an image with no link attached.
Any how, I wanted to cancell my membership, and there were 3 options; however, only one of them worked and it was how they took 1 dollar out of my credit card, by saying it was a free 5-day trial.
as above- sign on for 'free trial' account, (possibly not able to get the video that was offered anyway) and be offered the choice of
- auto deducting $34 on a regular basis
- paying $1 to get off the lost
- emailing- though no email is provided
- phoning a US phone number (didn't try this, but reviewer above said it didn't answer)
TIP: It may be a good strategy to talk to your bank/ credit union/ etc, to have payment stopped rather than try to use their (deliberately?) malfunctioning processes.

somebody needs to shut this website. I don't even notice enter this website until after I put my CC info. No email no phone, even after cancellation no confirmation to my email. Hopefully the founder gonna have a heart little bit and try to make money from good way.

I have never been to, or heard of this website yet have had multiple $35 charges from them to my card as an ongoing issue.
