Called company to have 1,000 gallon septic tank pumped. Was quoted a price of $150 over the phone. Company arrived and excavated the front yard and opened the tank. After opening the tank the technician said it needed to have a new filter and "T" as well as pumping. I inquired on the price for this and he said it will be $1,500. I then said that all I want is the tank pumped for the original price of $150. He said he could not do it for this price but he would pump the tank for $500. I told him this was not the agreed price and he said he would call his boss. After calling his boss he said his boss would not agree to do it for the original price. I refused this new price and they covered over the tank leaving the yard in a mess.
This company is unethical and I would not recommend doing business with them. Classic bait and switch!
