This company lied to me stating that airfare was inclued with the $778 to get me to purchase a package. Once I purchased the package. I waited to do my trip and all of a sudden-NO AIRFARE IS INCLUDED. Then they asked me why was I a NO SHOW. I was suppose to purchase my own ticket... WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE when my airfare is suppose to be included? I am so fed up with this company. I made a complaint with BBB and anywhere else I could think of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...I REPEAT--- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND... OH NO!!! YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ENERGY WITH THIS COMPANY...
This company offered me a great deal of a three day cruise for two people for $139.00 but everytime I would call to make the reservations no dates would be available..I tried as far off in advance as 3 1/2 months. Now that the time is almost ready to expire I can use the trip, of course there are no dates avaiable, I have tired multiple times to no avail.. If you don't except any of the other special offers available then they dont have availability on the cruise for the dates you want..
