Here are all of the red flags and you can make your own judgment: He insisted that if he did the event, we could only use his escrow account; insisted on hiring all of the security guards, officers, models to work the door & vip. The video tapes revealed that the security guards were pocketing the cash (security guards hired by James) and the door girl giving the money to the security guards (once again hired by James).
The day after the event all of the partners were outraged that all the money made had disappeared, except one person, James Buccelli. He was no where to be found for almost 24 hours. When he was finally found he showed no emotion of being upset. Later told that shortly after bought a white range rover...hmmm.
