Shut this company Down!!!

This company is horrid. I turned them over to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Better Business Bureau and one other agency. I was in bankruptcy and Wells Fargo was accepting my monthly payments from my trustee and then me. My Wachovia mortgage held by Wells Fargo took was bundled and Transfered to this company. They bundled late fees with the mortgage in error and Rushmore is wanting to get paid late fees. I am paying $30 to $40 more a month to Rushmore than required and never been late. This company should be shutdown immediately because all they do is threaten foreclosure over the phone for no reason. How unprofessional.

Class action I am in I know Wells Fargo sold my mortgage to them because Wells fargo is hiding something it will all come out so I know class action with Wells Fargo and I am in

They’re saying they own my mortgage and they don’t

They are saying they own my mortgage and do not. They said they purchased it through Wells Fargo in 2016 and I have paperwork that says that Freddie Mac bought the mortgage in 2016 and it is in litigation right now.

I wrote them a letter telling them that they are trying too buy my mortgage and I don’t want them near me. See I received a letter from them saying that I will be charged double if I don’t buy homeowners insurance that my cindi doesn’t have . So I bought it and that’s when I received from them a atop and deceased letter from them. That I can only contact y them if they request paperwork. Otherwise I am not to contact them.

I hate them how do they have an A from the BBB?

If you can give me some advice that would be great!

CRIMINALS!!

Rushmore bought my loan and/or servicing rights. They said they wanted everything to be smooth and simple for me. They quickly stopped accepting my payments (they returned my checks uncashed) and have ignored my requests for help for over a year. I am now $50,000 in arrears and they want to foreclose. It's called "harvesting" and its a crime! They find people who have equity in their home, refuse their payments, ask you to short sell, or simply foreclose. If you live in a state that has a foreclosure avoidance program they can offer you some help, but, if you have equity, Rushmore wants your home. Call your Governor's Office, the FBI, and your States DOJ. They have the authority to prosecute these fuckers if you have well documented cases. Don't wait. Consult with an attorney. Bankruptcy may be an option that allows you to keep your home, but don't let them win. Crimes are being committed and they are not being held accountable.

My review of this company is a definite -1 I have talked with Tim. Allen in loss litigation and gotten nowhere. I have also hired an attorney and Mr Allen want answer him back. I have also filed a complaint with the cfpb. They sent me a loan modification to fill out and told me I had to find my own insurance I had just got out of bankruptcy in Dec 2013 then 5 months later they decided to change my payment of 596 to 960. I let them know right away I couldn't afford that payment. I have returned Mr Allen phone calls and maybe a week later he would call back. This company doesn't want to help people with their homes if so it would be handled in a more professional way. I have also asked Mr Allen in loss litigation to contact my attorney Mr leonard van eaton and has yet to do so.

-1 not a professional company to deal with want even return my attorneys phone calls. I was in my attorneys office and he left Mr Allen to voice mails to let him know he was representing me and never got called back.

SHISTERS

THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT, I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE. I DID A DEED IN LEIU 2013, AND 13 MONTHS LATER THIS DISHONEST COMPANY IS TRYING TO SAYING THEY FORCLOSED ON MY HOME. HOW CAN YOU LEGALLY FORCLOSE ON A PORPERTY WITHOUT A COURT ORDER, WITHOUT KNOWING WHO I AM, AND ON A PROPERTY I DID NOT OWN? I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A NEW HOME, AND NOW I HAVE THIS CRAP AND THIS CRAPPY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - IN 12 DAYS! I CALLED RUSHMORE AND SPOKE WITH TASHA, WHO WAS VERY SECRETIVE. THE ONLY INFO I GOT OUT OF HER WAS THEY DIDN'T HAVE A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY PREVIOUS LENDER, THEY REPRESENT INVESTORS. WELL, WHO EVER THE HELL THAT IS. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T GET ANYWERE WITH THEM. MY ATTORNEY IS ON IT, AND SO AM I. WHEN I AM DONE WITH THEM THEY'LL WISH THEY NEVER HEARD MY NAME. I A SMELLING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT IN THEIR FUTURE! I HOPE YOU WILL ALL JOIN ME IF NECESSARY.

lying servicer

My loan was recently moved to Rushmore and some moron, Michael Bennett, acting as assistant secretary for wilmington savings society, et al, asserted that he viewed all loan docs and everything was "in order" to proceed w/foreclosure and further stated to strike defendant's answers and defenses and move to proceed uncontested this guy is some kind of moron for perjuring himself, as I know the truth of the loan docs and he KNOWS NOTHING, nor saw anything, He is a liar and I intend to prosecute this numb-nut for his egregious lies in court documents. He works for Rushmore, who just obtained my "loan" in March and the new assignee Wilmington, as well, the previous servicer, Nationstar never had all the proper documents, so how could the new servicer of a non-existent loan. These clowns all need to haul garbage or house clean for a living, rather than impersonating someone with any level of morals, go do something hard and productive for a living Mr. Bennett, asst. sec. on behalf of Wilmington....your name doesn't come up on their website, why do you think that is, you liar, deceitful, ass-kissing piece of garbage, your day is coming, trust me, you attested to the wrong person's alleged loan docs!!!!

My home is being sold on April 17th, 2014 by Rushmore Loan Management Services. The home is in my name and always has been but my ex-husband remortgaged it before he left us and I am disabled and was not able to pay the $1544 a month payment while fighting for my SSDI and raising our daughter on only the little money he sent us.

The loan has been through several servicers over the years and every time I settle with one it is sold to another servicer and I have to start the whole process over. They refuse to speak with me because I am not on the loan, so my ex gives them permission, they will start a dialog then all of a sudden they transfer it to another individual or deparment who will not speak with me with out authorization, so my ex will fax it again. To date this has happened around 80 times with 4 different servicers.

Until I got so sick that I couldn't work, the payments were supposed to be payed by my husband, the loan is in his name. They weren't, and he was living free at my parents old home. So I tried to pay them but couldn't. He was only sending $50, $100, maybe $150 here and there until I finally had to have him put on court ordered child support.

At that time I was working with UBS SSG to try and get the loan in my name and the modification done. In 2013 a modification forgiving half the loan and bringing the payments to a level I could afford was sent to my ex-husband. I never received it because by law they had to send it to the person on the mortgage and that was my now ex-husband.

He finally sent a pdf of it mixed in with a bunch of other paperwork through email to me in Feb. 2014. He also sent a letter that he had gotten in 2010 that said the loan had been transfered to Rushmore Loan Management Services in 2010. I never knew, even though I had gotten letters here addressed to my ex. I forwarded all of them to him to avoid any accusations that I was opening his personal mail, which is a federal offense as he told me after I had opened a bill for him that had come here and he became angry and threatened me.

I have a lawyer and we did send Rushmore a modification in January 2014. Rushmore said they never recieved anything from me or my lawyer and at court when my lawyer tried to stop or reschedule the sale the Judge Oftedal denied the motion. So my daughter and I will be put out on the street on April 30th according to what Rushmore has told me. They have the option to demand immediate possession of the home if they are the high bidder. But then so does anyone else that might get the house.

Rushmore refuses to deal with me, my lawyer or anyone else. My little house that I paid $100k for in 2000 and that my ex refinanced in 2006 for $150k will be gone because no one can decide who owns it, who owes the bill, and they won't work with me to help me keep the only home our daughter has ever known.

Now the almost comical thing, is that UBS is still the one on the foreclosure docket on the clerk of court records. When I told Rushmore that, they said they had no idea who UBS was. Even more comical is that Wells Fargo is also involved in it on a separate foreclosure. I have no idea where they are even coming from.

My ex took out the loan with GMAC, I have loan statements, the email reminders to me to make payments and even thank you emails to me for making timely payments. But on the loan agreement there is no Rushmore, no GMAC, no UBS, there is a hand written company named Gibralter Mortgage, who I suppose could be GMAC. Even Rushmore doesn't know who they are.

So that is that, and Rushmore is claiming that my little house is worth over the $150k when it is probably worth less than $60k because of the repairs it needs. They won't work with me, say I am not on the loan and are foreclosing. But I am the owner of record and always have been, and Rushmore's foreclosure through UBS (i guess that's how it works) is against my ex-husband and myself but for them and the owner of record (who is me). So I guess I am foreclosing on myself for myself and putting myself on the street while I still own the home. None of this makes sense and no one will try to figure it out but me, but no one will listen to me.

So what do I do but live in my car with my daughter and dogs because I have no friends and no family. Thank you Rushmore for destroying a family when that family has tried all along to work with you.

The WORST ever.

I have had mortgages for over 35 years. I have dealt with a number of mortgage companies. I have had mortgages sold and had to deal with companies that I didn't expect to deal with. This is how I ended up with Rushmore. In all these years, this is the worst mortgage company. The amount of mail I receive from them is beyond any from any mortgage company or any company. Mind you, I have NEVER had to pay a late fee to them (or any mortgage holding company). The paperwork I receive during the 16 day grace period is obscene. From the start, I had a bad feeling about this company, when I saw their attachments indicating they are 'a DEBT COLLECTOR.' As such, that's what they do, they bully and send intimidating and false information. Recently, I learned that my payment would be increased because of the same 'old' story of shortage of escrow funds. All the paperwork indicated that the increase would be in effect on September 1. I paid my last 'old' payment on Aug 13 within 3 days of the grace period. On Aug 22, I received a letter dated on the 13th, telling me that my August payment had been received, indicating the 'old' payment amount. This was a typical occurrence. Also, on Aug 22, I received a another letter dated Aug 13. This one said that my August payment had not been received and indicated the 'new' amount is due, the one that is to start on September 1. I keep impeccable records, so I am not concerned. I keep telling myself to do research about finding a mortgage company instead of being under the thumb of a debt collector. That is what I am going to do. Once I have completed the process, I will post here again to let everyone know that there is hope in getting away from this abuser.

They contacted me saying that i need home owners insurance on a condo if not they are going to buy it and the costs would be much higher. So i purchased the home owners insurance the portion that the condo doesn’t pay for. I emailed them telling them to leave me alone that i know what they are up to! they are looking to purchase my condo when it is in litigation.

Well they sent me a letter saying to stop contacting them unless they need something from us. They said they purchased my mortgage in 2016 from wells fargo.

That’s when i found out they are lying to me. I have paperwork sent to me that in 2016 tge mortgage was bought by freddie mac!

I don’t know what to do next can u sue them?

Yes rushmore loan management services took over my loan last year. i have been in bankruptcy since 2009 and my bankruptcy was discharged in dec of 2013. rushmore signed an agreement with the courts what it would bring my loan current so my case could be discharged. they sent the letter and my bankruptcy was dcd. now rushmore has sent me a letter stating that i owe all these arrearge charges and escrows that they are trying to raise my loan payment from 596 a month to 960 with the charges they say i owe back, i did send them a letter from the court where their attorney signed it saying the loan was current. i did speak to the bankruptcy courts and they sent me a copy of the letter that the amoubt to cover the arrearge was paid in full otherwise if the loan wasnt current it couldnt be dcd. i am writing this because the law should not allow them to do what they do. i did let them know i was going to continue to pay them my payment of 596. when i talked to them in january they told me everything was up current and my payment was 596. then the letter comes saying starting may i owe 960 for house note. i refuse to pay something that was taken out of my check during the bankruptcy and paid to them. i didnt know they had so many complaints and didnt even think to look them up until all this has occured. hopefully there is a solution to all this if i have to get a lawyer for this situation i will .
