Back in october 2011 I contact ryan to articulate a bat skeleton for me. He first quoted me $2200 dollars and I was able to get him down to 900 so I think im getting a GREAT deal here So I went ahead sent the money we have no contract this was all done through phone email and text.
as he is articulating my piece for me I decide to order another. I send him $1100 dollars towards the 2300 that the second piece was going to be. I get my first piece its beautiful I love it things seemed fine. But then I was not able to afford the second piece as we had no contract or any aggrement other than me sending him money through paypal I thought I would get my 1100 back. well that did not happen.
We fought for 2 years until he sent me 400$ and jewelry from his sstore which was supposed to be new items .all of the had defects and where unwearable. after this I was never able to get in contact with him again (this is february of this year.
So at the moment I am having money issues so I needed to sell the piece that I did purchase for him. in the end with the piddly 400 he sent me back (i am not even counting the defective jewe;y because he basically sent me his garbage) I ended up paying 1700 dollars for that pieace. So like I said I am having majoy money issues and need to sell that pieace so I can get my dogs their senior checkups and put food on my table for me and them.
I took it to two store and sent it online to 4 stores. Everyone has appraised it at $300. They say I can get $450 if I am lucky. He absolutely scammed me and grossly overcharged me for the product kept my money for the second piece (which by the way he sold immediately for twice what he was charging me so he kept my money and sold the item it makes no sense) Sent me jewelry that was probably from the defect melti pile. So I am reporting him because the whole almost 3 year now debocle with this scammer has angered me royally. I have proof of all of this on email and text (if text even counts.) but I have his rude emails to me about how that just too bad for me. PLEASE HELP ME GET SOME JUSTICE! I did not have the money in the first place let alone get bamboozled by this guy!
