I have received the worst possible service from this company. We got in contact with ship your car now over two months ago, our car was never picked up, and our $350 was never returned. I constantly called asking what was going on with getting the car moved and I was fed lies for about a month before I was told that I would receive the money back. (I was fed the story about a car breaking down) I have been calling the company for the last month about getting my money back only to be fed lie after lie about how the money couldn't be sent back to my card and that they sent out the check in the mail but I never got it. I always got told that I would receive phone calls back but a whole week would go by and I would be the one who has to call them. be careful with ryan serpa and niel.
