I found a 2001 kenworth for sale on truck trader .com Swat repo had the truck in Wisconsin so I called about it I talked to a man named Dan Weinstein he said that they had an ofer on the truck but the bank turned it down I asked where the truck come from Dan said goerga it was A repo Wells Fargo. Was the bank that had repoed it they picked it up in goerga and drove it to there shop there was nothing rong with it but a ding on passinger side and it was at body shop getting fixed.
So I asked does the AC work Dan said was we gust had it looked at and charged I asked how is the clutch he said 70% I asked any. Blow by Dan said very little so I told him I would take the truck if they would deliver it they said they could dothat they had to bring a trailer to Indy on Friday so we made the deal . Friday afternoon come and I call them to see when it would be here Dan told me that the load to Indy was cancel but they had a trailer to deliver to fortwayne and the truck was there if I wanted to go get it he would pay me to drive 2 1/2 hour to pick it up or Tuesday day they would get someone to bring it to Indy.
I went and got it at a auction lot as I pull in I see the truck in a lot with the window down and it had been raining I walk around it to see the finder the had a body shop fix a2 year old would have done a better job it had A big dent in the sleeper that was not in pic they showed I Open the door start it it takes forever to build air one of the air bags under sleeper is leaking the AC does not work I push in the clutch and it won't go into gear
so I shut it off and start it in gear go to stop and the brake barly work as I'm driving it the 2 1/2 hours home I started thinking it has The same mile that there pics show so they had to haul it there I get home thought the clutch probably was out of adjustment no it was plum Out the center of the clutch has come apart I lift the hood the AC conpresser didn't Have A delt on it and was missing A hose . It was supposed to be 430 hp it's not 370 THEY JUST LIED to me and fails represented the truck what can I do nothing it was sold as is.
So don't buy from them with out looking at truck get everything in wrighting don't sign anything till you have all question answered in wrighting Becouse there not very trust worthy.
