My wife car was totaled due a flood here in texas 5/26. We contact this company (5/29) and spoke with Sheldon who told us what steps that had to be done and docuements need to get the process started. On 6/9/15 all requested docs were sent by my insurance company, my self and bank lender.

On 6/10 we checked to see if they reieved the docs and was told no, so we contacted the bank & insurance co again and had them re-faxed. We waited again and contacted them and was told yes they have them and will forward everything to the claims adjusters.

We waited to hear from the adjuster about a week and no one has contacted, so we called them again only to hear the same story. We checked there website only to see that they had no docs at all. Mind you were checking with customer service every 2-3 days & they said yes the had everything.

Finally my wife became so upset that she requested to speak with the claim adjuster and was told that she was not able to, so she insistied on speaking with a supervisor and who in turn stated that the claims adjuster had been out for awhile and she would make suer the the website was update with all the docs they had recieved.

Once my wife informed the supervisor about contact there corporate office then and only then were all docs magical posted on the website, and a email was sent ffrom the claims adjuster (Shamika Williams) and that was on 7/1. My wife contacted her again on Monday 7/6 and left a message, but she has not return my call yet either.

Mind you the cs rep stated again they have the final doc needed which was the payoff check and she was sending it over to Ms. Williams, but still has not gotten a call from anyone again. This company is a big rip off and I just got a letters from my lender stating that I havent taken care of the docs need for them. (this is what safe-guard is saying)

So we have contacted I lender and informed them of the run around we have been getting from them as well. Our interest is adding daily since the car was totaled off, and now instead of a little over $400 we are at over $600 for our final pay out. We even tried getting help from the BBB & was told they could not help. Go Figure

I have just spent the last eight hours of my life dealing with this nightmare of a company. My husband purchaed a 2015 GMC Yukon less than two weeks ago. The dealership talked him into buying this tire and wheel protection plan offered by this company. The irony of the situation is we never purchase extended or extra warranties or plans but decided it might not be a bad idea this time.

As luck would have it on my way home from working out of state yesterday I apparently became the victim of road hazard that slashed my left rear tire beyond repair. Fortunately or so I thought I wouldn't have to give it a second thought because I had tire and wheel protection offered through Premier.

I took my vehicle to my local GMC dealership who informed me they actually use another company but would be happy to file the claim. Guess what? These people put me through the ringer because they had not received the paperwork on the vehicle yet. They wouldn't guarantee reimbursement, wouldn't cooperate with the servicing dealership, couldn't provide definitive answers. After more than a dozen phone calls, several faxes, an email, calls to both dealerships and asking to speak to someone who could resolve the issue (which I was never granted) I'm having to pay out of pocket for a tire after shelling out a few thousand dollars on a down payment less than two weeks ago.

Adding insult to injury they were originally not even going to guarantee reimbursement to me because they had not received their money from the dealership. No where in their agreement does it indicate a waiting period before use. Shame on them for having you sign an agreement they have no intention on honoring the moment the vehicle leaves the car lot. Making matters worse I'll be having to complete more paperwork in hopes of getting my money refunded to me. I seriously I hope that refund happens very quickly and I don't have to wait. As someone who buys new cars every few years I would seriously caution new car buyers considering this product. Make sure you have definitive answers and someone you can go back to in the event of a freak occurence.
