I needed a new socoal security card. I filled out the form and paidextra to expedite it and afterwards, they submitted to me all the other stuff I would have to do.. mainly go down to my social security office and do the work myself anyway PLUS they are in London!! I paid 30.00 for absolutely nothing. Their confirmation email included pdf files with forms, and instructions. I could have done thaat on my own.
