Saferwholesale will offer financing, offer a deal to pay ahead to save on next payment than decline financing with no way to get payment back without buying without financing or they keep your payment.no reply from sales people, tried to change to a lesser price item with no return calls even though they say they will work with you and will call you back but then you get a bill for finance and a lot more,so not only you get charge for finance you get charge for much more, and they have you credit info, the item I was charged for was twice as much as I agreed on,wish I had never dealed with these people,I did use a credit card to pay first payment and they could keep charing me until I cancel my card, and still no motorcycle.even if I don't I still lose my payment already paid.

I ordered a Outlaw Trike Kit for a 1989 Suzuki 750 Intruder. This was Oct 15th, 2014 The listing on their internet page I ordered was for a fits all Suzukie Intruders. I was dealing with Connor at the time. I explained to him my situation. I was having problems with my legs and couldn't hold my bike up well, which it was found out later was my left hip joint needed replaced, and the trike kit seemed to be the answer.

It took some time for the order to arrive, over the time I was told it would take. When it arrived the wood box was damage was close to coming apart. All the parts appeared to be present.

I was unable to work on it until this month when I was released by the doctor to return to more of a daily function. I had hip replacement surgery in January.

I started working on the trike kit. painting the small parts first. When it came to the main frame work I noticed the left side seen from the rear was twisted and somewhat bent in. I also found the instruction kit was for a universal trike kit.

To get to the jest of the subject I called them this date. While waiting to get through to customer service a recording was playing and one part said We strive fior the best customer service.

When I got throught to customer service. I told the guy why I called and right away the attutude changed. Yes he got me pissed off. I think that is their strategy. At one point he called me a little baby. Nothing was settled I spent most of the 50 minutes on holds. I called back and after 10 minutes I hung up. Even the chat was the same way left you dangling.

I was told I would have to get someone to install it. I might be close to 70 but this does not set well with me. I was told they were very busy and they well might be but you do not treat any customer with disrespect.

I noticed another person had simlar issues with a trike kit. By the way you have to pay by a check as they do not accept by a credit card.

On 10-29-2014 I purchased a 300cc Deluxe Touring Gas Moped Scooter from saferwholesale.com for $2,100.00 On 11-10-2014 I received an eMail from Tim Murphy, a Sales Manager at Great Sports / Saferwholesale.com, stating that the 300cc model was out of stock. He asked me if I would be interested in switching to a 250cc model, and in exchange he would offer me a $25.00 refund for the price difference. I agreed to the terms, and took delivery of the 250cc scooter on 11-21-2014.

Here it is months later and I am still waiting for the $25.00 refund. I have called many times. I have sent several eMails. I have even reported this company to the BBB. But, for all my efforts I have only increased my blood pressure. In an eMail from custoner service on 12-15-2014, I was told that at refund check would be cut the next time the owner cut refund checks, which is normally done at the end of every week.

Now better than a month later I am still waiting.

I have reported Great Sports / Saferwholesale.com to the BBB, but this company refuses to even respond to their requests. Basically, this company makes promises that they have no intent to keep. I am on limited income. That $25.00 is a lot of money to me, but I guess that there is nothing more that I can do.

The products that Great Sports / Saferwholesale.com sells may be decent products for the price paid, but in general the sales staff are all liars and thieves. Customer Service is a joke, and no one will allow you to talk to the owner.

Save your money, and your health. Don't buy anything from Great Sports / Saferwholesale.com. Spend the extra money and purchase locally. It is a purchasing decision that you will only thank yourself later for.

On 5/6/2014, my wife ordered a RCI-22, 22 Foot Fully Loaded Pontoon boat, as a gift for my 20 year retirement from the United States Marine Corps. It was a great deal! She was very excited! With a delivery date of 8 weeks, we would be able to take the boat and family out... on a couple of trips before the cold started rolling in.

However, 7/21/2014 we found out through our sales rep that the design we wanted would not be available for another 8 weeks or so and offered us a "Newer" model. We expressed our concerns about the newer pontoon being a RCI-21, (turns out to be a 21 Foot Boat), not fully loaded and were assured via email that it was the "Same boat just with a different configuration. The included features are: Bimini Top, Navigation Lights, Captain Chair with Flip-Up Arm Rests. Optional features include: Power Stereo w/ Speakers for 499.99. Your total refund for the difference of the boat will be $1963.00." My wife chose the Stereo so expected refund would be $1463.01 (still have not received this) (and no, there is no record with our bank "NFCU" that shows any deposit attempt).

Now the date is 10/20/2014, after hearing NOTHING from the company, we wrote another email expressing our anger at not only the lack of communication (regardless of what they wish you to think), but also the infinite extensions that were obviously taking place. We filed with the BBB and FTC and advised the company that we wanted our money returned and did not care to receive the boat that we had been waiting on since May 2014. By the way do not bother with the BBB ... the company never returned any attempts at communication by the BBB which translates to a lower rating submission and nothing that really helps you as the customer. Then comes the email response stating that, "Unfortunately, as a wholesale company we do not allow returns or cancellations." and "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." hmmm...

**Please be careful if you still choose to shop at this site and read everything before agreeing to anything!**

Now lets roll to a call made Jan 2015 with a gentlemen at sales that states, "If we (my wife and I) were not so wishy, washy about the sale, we would have the boat already." (you know who you are) .... interesting ... I was under the impression that "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." Not only that, so how many changes have to be made and exactly how long is TOO long to be waiting for a $16,000.00 product before a customer is "allowed" to get frustrated TO THE POINT of not even having the taste for the product that he/she was so excited about half a year earlier?

Fast forward now to 1/19/2015 and we receive the boat. It did NOT include:

1. Battery

2. Gauges

3. Jack for trailer

4. the extra foot of boat that we were informed we were getting.

It did have:

1. Stereo

2. Detached outboard motor

And we have still received $0.00 of that refund.

Again, we have no control over where you wish to shop. All we can do is share our experiences (good or bad). Unfortunately, nothing but bad here.

Good thing we have folks out there that fight over seas to ensure the freedom of treating others like dirt is always a choice.

Early December I ordered two minibikes for my two sons. I had intended them to be Christmas presents and was told I was well within the time frame to have them delivered by Christmas. The HUGE mistake I made was letting the salesman talk me in to paying over the phone by check instead of credit card. He offered me a 100.00 discount if I did that. As a result I have no way of disputing the charges.

I saw that I was not going to get these bikes by Christmas and called several times to try and be pro active, yet everyone at safer wholesale is trained and very good at just giving you the brush off. They will not work to correct anything and if you simply want a refund for goods never received they deny you that as well. According to safer wholesale they should not have to put out in any way due to the shipper they choose to do business with. They are artists at biving a customer the brush off and the owner who I believe is Gary Bryant knows very well he is running a dishonorable business .

I didn't realize how many negative reports this company had until i came here to leave mine. Rude, condescending, arrogant, and unknowledgeable. Really a sad state of affairs someone doesn't stop them from ripping people off.

I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there are literrally hundreds of complaints and maybe a handful the company even bothered to respond to. Buyer beware and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE ~ Awful all the way around ~

I contacted safer whole sale it was in reference to a buggy or go kart they supposedly had there. The Fully Loaded Shaft Driven 250cc Power Buggy. They said they had plenty of that model in stock even though it was no longer being made by BMS and that I could put it on lay away for as long as I wanted. Just that if I ever wanted to get a refund I would have to get it in store credit.

So the sales man I was talking to was Alex, I told him that he was high on his asking price (I even pointed out to him when we were on the phone that if he looked further down the page the Power Buggy was on it was showing a much lower price being advertised than what was at the top of the page, he saw it said it was out dated and quickly even while I was still on the phone with him they changed that price there too) and asked him to come down on the price he did come down from like 4,500ish to 4,200 I told him that was a bit high because most places when they did have the buggy in stock were asking about a 1,000 less but thats as far as he could come down he said. So I gave him my bank's routing number and check number for 200 dollars to put it on lay away.

Soon after I found out from other buggy sights and stores that saferwholesale.com had a LOT of bad reviews and customer rating's and feed back and was adviced to look them up. So I did, I was horified to see horor story after horor story of people being ripped off by this company, damaged merchandise, late merchandise, non running vehicles the list goes on and on, and I was into them for over 4,000 dollars now.

I called and asked them about the reviews but they always had excuses and just would try to explain them all away. I asked why they didn't take PayPal and they couldn't tell me. I asked how they had this vehicle and nobody else did they didn't know and couldn't tell me how many they had in stock, at this point I was getting very worried.

I then measured the dimensions of the entry way to my shed in which I planned to store the buggy, the buggy is 72" wide and so is my door entrance, I then also realised that the Power Buggy I was buying was being discontinued because BMS was replacing it with the 400cc BMS Sand Sniper a vehicle that you could get for on average 4,600ish dollars. I realized that they were far to high on what they were selling the Power Buggy to me for and to be honest I was scared to send them anymore money for fear I wouldn't get what I had ordered and that the more I paid into them the deeper the hole was I was in with them. And the better the chance I was going to really lose a LOT of money on the whole deal. So I wanted OUT!

I called them and tried to explain all of this but they would always interupt me, cut me off, put me on hold, and then told me that they wouldn't do refunds just store credit. So I reluctantly decided to go head and use my store credit to buy one of their laptops and resale it and try to get my money back that way. I was then informed that most of their advertised laptops were out of stock, had inflated shipping, and wouldn't be delivered for up to four weeks! Then when I said I was wanting to use my "store credit" to get the lap top they said I had to wait and call the next day to talk to Camran.

So I called this morning tried explaining everything to him and how I just wanted a refund. He continually interupted me, put me on hold etc. He then came back on the phone and informed me that in order to get my "in store credit" I had to buy an item that was equal or greater in cost to what I had originally tried to purchase. He said I was told that when I first ordered the item and even got an email saying that. And I told him that I never got the email and every time I called his salesmen would have a different story or tell me something totally different. So in other words he is saying I have to buy something that cost over 4,000 dollars! Just to try and get my 200 back!..... and NOW I understand why they get all the bad reviews and ratings they were getting. I just really want my money back and to be done with these people. :-(

Bought a golf cart from saferwholesale on the internet paid for shipping to my home.

took six week before it was shiped.

got a call from UPS to tell me they could not deliver it to my home because of size, so I had to have it rerouted to a local bussines that had a forklift where it was unloaded, first thing that I saw was a broken roof on the golf cart, The driver of the truck and myself took pictures of the damage, and it was noted on the bill of ladeing.

Was told by UPS that saferwholesale would have to put in a claim for damages. That day I started my 5 months of wasting my time. After 30 emails returned as timed out. 10 phone calls (20-30) on hold put through to there customer service guy by the name of Arti. he is very rude, does not answer emails, until threatned, dodges phone calls.

Once the cart was uncrated found that the battery's were all dead, wires faulty.

Told Arti about battery's, wires, etc. another 10 emails no reply. more phone calls, emails.

5 months have passed nothing done, Email from Arti they did not put in a claim for damages to UPS.

I have gotten no were with them, they lie, and cheat.

Ordered sliding driveway gates from their online website: saferwholesale.com, spoke to live sales rep, Ray, who was very friendly and told me that the sliding driveway gates were on sale for the same price as regular swing gates. I asked the sales rep if the kits came with was everything I would need to make the gates slide; he replied "Yes it has everything to make them slide". The gates shipped from the USA to Ontario, Canada in 3 weeks, but upon inspection they had sent the parts for a swing gate and some of the parts for a sliding gate. The instructions on the box for missing parts said to contact the Manufacturer, which I did. The manufacturer notified that I was missing a v-track, wheels/rollers and chain for assembly and that it should have come with this style of gate and to contact saferwholesale.com. The first time I called saferwholesale.com (10/21/2014) they agreed that I was missing parts for the gate to operate and they would send them and email a confirmation with the shipping information. No email was received. I called again on (10/22/2014) about the email, where customer service department and the parts department had said to me that I needed to purchase these parts for an additional $1000. I told customer service that I had paid for these part already and they were missing, as quoted on my bill "Full kit sliding gate opener for sliding gates up to 60 feet long 1300-pounds" $535.95T x2. They put me through to Arty or Ardie (who would not provide his last name) the Administrative Supervisor, who said that the missing part will be shipped and an email will be sent with the shipping information. Again, no email was sent and so I called again on 10/23/2014 and they told me that the parts department was unavailable and they needed to contact the manufacturer which would take a couple of days.

I called again today, 10/28/2014 to see if the product was being shipped. Again their parts department said it was an additional part and it would cost $1000 more to make the sliding gates able to slide. I quoted them my invoice and they said that the kit described on my invoice did not include these parts and that this was the wrong kit sold to me; their sales rep put in the wrong information as the complete kit was on sale for the same price as the full kit which was sold to me. I spoke again to Arty, as this mix up was not my doing (since I had called the 1800-number after viewing the website). Arty very rudely told me "We have sold you sliding gates that can slide and you should have had someone who installs gates place the order [as they did not sell the parts to make them slide]… [Especially, since] our sales men have no knowledge on what they are selling and you are obviously incompetent in reading the website." For the record I am University Graduate and M.Sc. Candide, I am a co-owner of a Property Management Company, which regularly does building renovations and constructs residential units; and I often make construction material purchases, and his derogatory comments were unprofessional and judgemental against females. In addition, he said that dealing with me was waste of his time, that he is not paid for solving customer problems and he is losing money talking to me as I wasted an hour of his time, I should be paying him for his time. He said from what he can see on the invoice we have gates that will slide and the motor is able to pull them open and closed, which has held up his end of the deal, providing sliding gates. Apparently, following the manufacturer’s instructions on how to assemble the product is not important and not his problem, by Arty’s comment “the gates open and close, whatever that something it is running on is your problem, we are not providing it.” Apparently, I am not the only one that was sold an incomplete gate kits.

My hope is that no other customer will have to go through such horrendous customer service. I am going through the manufacturer to get the missing pieces which cost $580.

I paid $3000 for a golf cart, but a seller sent me a cart which has a lot of issues.

Justin who I talked to said the cart will be 2011, club car, with a great condition. but they sent me 2008, battieries are all dead, the charger is out of order, the body condition is bad, and having issues below(from a repair shop) repairing cost is $1000.

I called the shop, but they said they will not do any conpensation for this, instead $100 store credit.

I purchased a steam tent in April 2014 from Saferwholesale , they requested electronic check rather than my credit card. The product was not available and did not want the replacement offered and requested a refund. I was told 30 days, then told 90 days it has exceeded both . It is extremly hard to talk to customer service then they are rude when u do finally get through. What can I do next? It looks like it has happened to others too.sincerely, Mary

We ordered a side car for our motorcycle on June 21,2014. On the receipt it states delivery will be 2-4 weeks, the salesman, Craig Boldchat, assured us of this also, it is now July 31 and have not received it. After several phone calls and 2 emails I was told they were out of stock and as soon as the crate comes in they will send it to us and we should have it by Aug 5th, then Aug 15th, in that order by different phone calls.

I got a phone call today by Dan, who said our sidecar was not on the crate as expected BUT they can send us another one just as good as the one we ordered, only made of fiberglass instead of metal. HMMMM!! how might that be just as good.

They have my 2100 dollars, I told them I want my money back, hopefully they will send it without delay. Also told them I want the interest accrued on my money. We will see. I will update later.

Please stay away from this company, they are very convincing when they tell you they have been in business for many, many yrs. I dont know how.

In June 2014, I had ordered a 2010 blue golf cart. Upon receiving the golf cart I realized it was the wrong color, and further inspection realized that it was an older model, which was being advertised as being sold for $400 less than what I had paid.

I had attempted to contact the seller on numerous occasions, and customer service representatives refused to correct the situation. It began with "we will have a supervisor call you back", "you need to email your complaint", and finally after about roughly the 15th contact (all initiated by myself) I was told that they would not be willing to send the right model or offer the refund. At this point they were very rude and hung up on me.

Within an hour of the phone call the company had changed their online description of what I had ordered to state the consumer could receive the older model.I had taken a screenshot of the original online description to prove what I had ordered, however the company refused to discuss this issue with me. To date the company has not returned any phone calls to correct the situation, or responded by email (in fact they have now blocked my email address because emails are getting returned back to me).

We purchase a Dong Fang scooter from safer wholesale/ great sports for $2300.00 Upon trying to register in Pennsylvania were rejected due to invalid serial number. Company refuses to correct the problem and we are stuck with a scooter we cannot use. Also company will not answer any correspondence from us.

  • Jun 23, 2014

WOW Really??? 15 days to let me know you cannot get the product I ordered??? No unfortunately these units do not work for us. Also, I tried for days off and on for two weeks to get someone at your company to talk to me about my scooters and possible shipping dates and every time I called I was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes..I made no less than 3 phone calls each day some days 4 or 5. Each time I called back in I would just be put on hold again, no matter what I said.

I asked to speak to a manager several times...again...on hold...or told there were no managers on site. Also, I was told that I would not be charged for these scooters until they shipped and you had already taken the money out of my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable and no way to do business with someone.

All I wanted was communication. I wasn't demanding the scooters in an unreasonable amount of time, I just wanted someone to explain the process and the timing. Not only that, but after I called I tried to get online with someone to ask my questions to and as soon as I would start talking to someone the online chat would say "operator has discontinued the chat"....after more than a week of this I'm just done....T

there should be no restocking fee since you are unable to deliver my product to my state with the proper emissions. Never in my life have I been so unhappy with service I have received online. Or should I say "lack of service"... Every person you have there answering phones should be fired...not ONE person was concerned enough me the customer, that they were willing to help me out by answering some questions. Pretty shady and unfreakinprofessional if you ask me.

Here is my experience report with SaferWholesale.com.

On 3/13/2014 I researched scooters on the internet and made an attempt to purchase one at SaferWholesale.com online and I intended to use my credit card for the purchase. The purchase did not go through so I called in and eventually talked to a Connor and placed an order for a scooter for close to $900.00. He talked me into paying with an through the phone check so I could save on shipping.

By the 17th of the same month $900.00 were deducted from my account. That included shipping. Around that day I had emailed SaferWholesale as I had a question about the available colors. Connor statement contradicted what the website stated. Then a day or two later I had called in and asked to cancel the order as my personal situation had changed, due to my job, and I did not need that scooter anymore. The first guy I talked to on the phone seemed kind of ok with it and he then he supposedly needed to connect me with the returns department. All of a sudden I was talking to that Connor guy again, now in the returns department. I repeated my story that due to personal circumstances I need to cancel the scooter order and I want my money back. I told him that the guy before him gave me a positive signal in the form of “no problem”. Then Connor told me that I am lying to him and he told me that I should have read the SaferWholesale return policy. SaferWholesale is a wholesale company, I was told by Connor, that does not give the customer’s money back upon cancellation of an order. They only give in-store credit. I then repeated that I am cancelling the order and I do not want an in-store credit but my money back.

At no point in the conversation while placing the order was I made aware what the return policy of the company is!

As of today 4/13/2014 I have not received my money back and neither did I receive a scooter.

Had I not been talked into doing the transaction by phone check but rather had made the purchase with a credit card I would have my money back already without much of a fuzz.

I do not accept an in-store credit as I would never do business with a company like SaferWholesale again. People who call me, the customer, a liar on the phone, do not deserve my business.

I hope this is helpful to some of you out there. The lowest price is not always worth the hassle involved. I really do not enjoy dealing with these kinds of low end people. I put this company in my folder labeled SCUM on my computer now.
