I worked for since July of 2014. Got terminated April 2015 . This company changed their name to sales makers Inc. They have a poor structure, pay roll is a rip off, they are hard to reach. They opperate on an app called group me which is very unprofessional, the training sucks, the pay sucks. Commission is based of what (sprint says). This company treats the people who are on the field doing their job wrong and disrespectful. The management doesn't know how to manage anything. The ceo should be ashamed. They terminate you and don't tell you, everyone who sits behind a laptop is in on this whole scam that the company does to rip people off. They give you used uninform shirts and ask you to dress professionally , how ? Manager tell you to go out and harrass customers and force them to buy a phone. They don't follow proticals and use people like me and you.someone needs to put a stop to this. They take money out of your checks, give you less hours and don't pay on time and the commission is a scam . I am a top salesman and preform really well and do my job and treat me unfair like a pet and fire me without noticed. Please help to stop people who do these to others who are trying to support their family.
