District Court Judge and the prosecutor of a case that was created many years ago by Neil Gunnerson that real peice of human trash. He was and is corrupt used kids to further his political standings, now 24 yrs later these two are doing the same thing, no dismissal after a vacated sentence by the appeals court, matter of fact they are purposely not ordering him transported from the jail and then saying they cant have a speed trial because he refused transport. The laws of the land these two act as if they dont apply to them..And manipulation, lies, and conspiracy that one could never imagine until they experience it first hand, The court with Ruby Mills is stepping all over my sons constitutional rights, telling him by her actions she could care less, she is not hearing motions he submitted, and the prosecution that had 30 days and its been 6 mo can't read these motions..all their time is up appeal court overturned sentence and it has been 6 mo with no resolution. No bail, no dismissal, just lies and made up obstacles. Between Neil Gunnerson and this person Ruby Mills 24 yrs of our lives are being trashed. I cant remember when my son was home for christmas, or my b day, or thanksgiving but these "JUSTICE" sure have their home. They are lying in open court. .If there is any atty out there that wants to make money this is a case that will do that. It will take a little time but its so wrong. And a judge should knoww what the law is..
