I purchased 3 different orders through Sammydress within the time period of 03/05/15 through 03/08/15. In total my orders costed me $153.72. I have only received a few items within the 3 months since I paid for them. I tried filing a complaint but the response was nothing but a blank link. And their phone system does not work either.

Through the internet I order five blouses from Sammydress.com. I failed to check out their history prior to ordering.

On their website they indicate the sizing. I only picked tops that were available in different sizes. I normally take a large but I thought to be on safe side I would order an X-Large.

My credit card was charged in full almost immediately, however I only received a partial delivery on June 17th. I placed the order the first of June.

When I opened the small envelope that contained three tops I knew something was very wrong. The sizing was for tiny, tiny women or even perhaps children. Even though the tags all said X-Large the tops were no longer than a size 4. I could barely get my head through the opening let alone get the entire top on. I immediately called my credit card company to let them know that only a partial order was received and that I was scammed.

Through the company website I completed a complaint form and they issued me two different tickets - one for missing merchandise and the other for WRONG SIZE. Now they inform me that I must lay each top on the floor and photograph and measure and if their sales team deems fit they will issue me a return label however they will ONLY PARTIALLY CREDIT MY CARD. What. I have now read some pretty nasty reviews about this company all pertaining to the same issue. One person spent over $100.00 and they only credited her about $10.00.

This company needs to be shut down immediately. I will try to work with my credit card company under the fraud department because that what it has now become.

The package arrived from China and there is no address on the website but on one of their e-mails to be it states at the bottom that the Registered Names and Trademarks are the copyright of their respective owners with the following address and phone number:

9302 Pittsburgh Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 - 909-581-9508. They indicate on each e-mail that do not reply to that e-mail address as it is not monitored.

I came across an add sammydress on my facebook feed of a really cute swimsuit. I decided to purchase the item, in which they took my money. After reading that this company was a scam and based in China, I then contacted them to inquire about my order. Only to then be told it was "out of stock" until April 29th. I kept contacting them to only keep being told that my item would be out if stock until at least May 15th. They keep saying they will refund my money, but it could take 15-30 days! Needless to say, I still haven't received my item or refund! This company is scamming people and they also have several other website names, in which they are also scamming people! From all the reviews I've read, "If" anyone has received their items they are nothing like their website pictures are depicting!! This company must be investigated and shut down immediately!!

Everything looks legit and you are enticed by very low prices to buy from internet banners and ads galore on Sammy Dress. I ordered a maxi dress and their website states it takes months to ship which is bullshit in this modern day for it to take that long even if a mule was carrying your order from Peru it would have arrived by now. It has been 6 months and my dress never came, when you create a support ticket you never hear back from them. This company is a total scam and needs to be majorly sued to give back all the money they have stolen from customers!!!

I ordered 4 blouses from Sammydress.com online. The order was shipped to me with only three blouses. All three blouses were to small. I returned the items to the returned address on the shipping lable from Sammydress and I paid for the return shipping, over $16, to Great Britian. I contacted ammydress by their on line contact address twice. I have not heard from them. I contracted Pay Pal and also file a refund request. As of this date, Sammydress offer me $6.50 refund, which I declined. I paid $46.10 for the four items and a shipping fee of $16. What a rip off. Please do not order from Sammydress.com.

I ordered four blouses from AKA SammyDress.com it took three weeks to receive my first blouse when I opened up the package I was astounded to find a poorly made top. It actually looked like a young child had sewed it together I was shocked I immediately sent a complaint via email.

I received a response apologizing asking me to send a photo of the blouse and the items I was wanting to return. I immediately became suspicious I just so happened to be telling one of my co-workers about the incident when she mentioned this kind of issue had been on the news.

What really has me concerned is I used a creditcard to purchase the the blouses furthermore I am shocked this company is allowed to continue to operate under SammyDress online.

DO NOT buy anything from SammyDress.com or whatever. They are out of China. I ordered a blouse. 2X (Cause I am fluffy) They sent me a blouse that is probably a size 6. The blouse had no tag on it, that showed a size. When I emailed them they said "Oh the size is based on the size of Asian women." Oh please, then their plus size women are anorexic! The only thing they would do is say that I have to pay for shipment back to China. It took three weeks to get it and I was disappointed! They are rip offs. Please forward to every women you know and get these scam artists out of business!

I ordered on Jan.18th 2015; today is March 27th, 2015 and no item delivered. Today was my ninth attempt to find out where my item is. I called their 1-909-581-9508 and some Asian guy answered with barely understandable, english, "hello?" I tried to explain but he claimed he didn't know what I was I talking about. However, he said yes, that number did belong to Sammydress.com

They apparently have a static address in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I'm done playing games with them....

I ordered two tops and one pair of boots on January 25th, 2015. I have received several confirmations that the items were shipped a month ago. I noticed there was another pair of boots listed. I only ordered a quantity of 1. I have also noticed extra charges on mycredit card. I need to investigate them further. I've not received any of the items yet.

I ordered 9 items of clothing from Sammy Dress. I received the package while I was out of town for a funeral. (the return policy is 7 days).

I contacted the company by support email of the complaint. I received a ticket number, T4678560037. I was sent an confirmation and it stated that I would be contacted within 48 hours. That was March 9.

I have tried to call. The phone is always busy. I used Pay Pal to pay $100.15.

SammyDress has slick website and drop ships from China. You expect the clothing will somewhat resemble what you order but it does not. Sports Jacket arrived rumpled and wrinkled crumpled up in a tiny envelope from China. I ordered an Xtra Large figuring they would run small but the Xtra Large is more like a Small or a child's size. Judging from other reviews this scam involves deliberately selling tiny clothing of the cheapest material and "fulfilling" the order. Do not be fooled as the clothing is not wearable and the company is running a fulfillment scam.

SAMMYDRESS IS A COMPANY WHO ADVERISES BEAUTIFUL CLOTHES WITH UNBELIEVABLE PRICES. I WAS CHARGED ADDED POSTAGE TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT CONSENT. MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED IN A PLASTIC ENVELOPE NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR A CANDYBAR! PRODUCT WAS SO COMPRESSED IT WAS SO WRINKLED IT WAS NOT USEABLE. THE SIZE WAS SO SMALL I CANNOT USE. iT CAME WITHOUT ANY PACKAGING INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER. ONE WHITE BLOUSE I ORDERED HAD AN INK STAIN ON IT~~UNWEARABLE EVEN IF THE SIZE WAS CORRECT. i CANNOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT CAME WITH NO RECEIPT. I FEAR FURTHER CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD~~HOW CAN THEY CHARGE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION? Sammydress.com warns it may take over a month before your items arrive. No tracking information is provided. After a long wait the parcel never arrives. Their customer center takes their time asking pointless questions and at the end refuses to issue a full refund claiming they are entitled for a handling fee. Total ripoff.

It looks to me this company has been riping people offf some time .Many people has file a complaint against this company Sammydress.com they have not receive their purchase.I have just learn about this company after I have purchase from them this company does not provide honest service and people do not receive their purchases.They are scam artists.

Sammy dress is a horrible company. I order $100 dollars worth of clothes and they only sent me half. It is a complete scam.

I am so dissappointed.

I dress that I did recieve was so small I couldn't even get it on. I am a US size 6 and I ordered a large and it was a 00.

I tried to contact the company and they just sent me a tracking number. Ugh so annoying.

No matter what size they are, I can't fit them, I bought the largest size, what is wrong with YOU???? DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I bought a lot of clothes! Please give me my money back for my damaged shirt while you are avoiding trying not to give me my 20% back. I want to be done with you! I bought the largest sizes you have! They don't fit please please please give me my money, this is crazy. Don't be fooled by their employees writing good reviews. This company is a scam. They say they are in UK but are in China. The sizes are unlabeled and are really kids clothing. I ordered a 2X in everything, paid $35.00 in shipping, bought over $130.00 worth of clothes over 2 months ago. I have not received the second order. One of my first shirts came damaged and the U.S. phone number is always disconnected. No supervisor or manager is ever available. Please trust me and save yourself time and headaches.

You must pay for return shipping back to China, even if your clothes are defective. Everytime, I email them back, they railroad me and pretend they don't understand what's going on and asks for pictures over and over! Buyer Beware! Cheap quality clothing, undersized. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my second order.

It has been over a month and still no package. I used papal for my transaction so I have to Gu o through all of tty here steps to dispute and get my money back

I purchased a coat from this website, no where stated it was Chinese sizes so I ordered a large. I found out a couple minutes later after reading reviews that I needed to cancel my order that event their xxl wouldn't fit a US size 12.

I immediately within five minutes called customer service who answered and was very nice until I said I was calling to cancel my order they stopped talking to me I could hear them breathing and making noise and I kept saying hello and finally hung up becaus they wouldnot talk to me.

I then sent 4 emails and called back repeatingly over the next 12hours and got no response until about an hour ago someone answer the phone and I told him the situation and then I told them that I wanted money order canceled and she told me that already sent me order out well there's 20 new reviews today on their website saying the people of waiting over two months to receive their order and when they were calling they were told today that the color is not even in stock and won't be until the end of November so clearly I'm being lied to.

Then I was told they couldn't stop the order because it was already shipped but I could refuse the package by not signing for it but I checked the tracking and the package is not being required to be signed for. So I was reading the reviews and they're telling people this to get them off the phone and then people are coming home and the packages there and then there just stuck with it because who's going to pay $50 or $60 to send the package back to China no one.

When I told the lady everything that I knew about the reviews and everything and how I sent all the emails and made the phone calls the last person I talk to five minutes after I made my order stop talking to me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel my order I told her that I was calling to do the same thing and she also stopped talking to me.

I'm now making this report I've called PayPal and I'm going to call my bank and see if anyone can do anything but I'm very upset with this company unit is literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with my advice is do not order from them.

Ordered 3 products to see how the service was...SOOO glad that i didnt splash my cash, as it has been a month of constant apologies with no grounding!!! "2 days...3 days...another 3-5 days etc and we will send the order to our warehouse and get it shipped out as fast as we can" I asked for a refund twice till they said "its too late, we have already sent it to our warehouse" Naturally, I swore my head off and got sent the "tracking number" with more F**king apologies...searched the tracking number to find out its not a valid number and like it's company...FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! I am still waiting on PayPal to see where my money is...fingers crossed, PayPal is still legit :\

I placed an ordered from sammydress.com because the clothes were appealing and cheap....but when i didnt get anything i called the phone # provided on the website they provide,but it would just be busy and then hang up,so i called my Discovered card and they provided me with a phone # but when i called it ,the# was to paypay...My creditcard credited the money Sammydress took,thank God.After all this i researched Sammydress.com and was shocked at the number of people who lost money and got no clothes ...Sammydress tracking #s as well as everything else is bogus,i cant understand how with all the complaints this company has, it is not investigated,accept maybe because Sammydress is out of the country.DONT be FOOLED by these Thieves,Do what i should have done before ordering check them out!!!or you will be here online just like me writing ,RIPOFF REPORT!

As of 09/12/2014 I ordered two items from sammydress.com which I then requested the shipping to ge expiedited which cost me an additional 21.00 dollars because I had an upcoming concert to attend to he expiedited shipping it indicated it wpuld ship put in 3-5 business days after a week.passed with no reply or trackimg number sent to my email as promised I then contacted their US number that was available (909) 581-9508 the customer rep could not even find my order he promised it would have shipped in a few days so I then waited then sent sammydress a email which they responded my shoes werent in stock so thatt was the reason for the delay which was a red flag due to I should had been informed they werent in stock before I was able to place my order I waited again for 3 more days still nothing I just recently contacted them again they said their warehouse is moving to a new location and it caused a major delay in the shipping of orders but the customers who requested expidited services will be first priority and it will be shipped in 1-2 business days but still nothing they are clearly fraudulent and scam.artist I would recommend no one shops from this company again never use it is clearly a scam

They looked fabulous in the posting from the company, however when I got the products, they were very low class looking, cheaply made, worn nothing like the listing on the internet. What a scam. Wanted to return 3 out of 5 items. The 2 I chose to keep are okay quality. The rest: wrong sizes, poor stitching, different color.

I am raising this complaint because dresslily is a disreputable website. This is another scam as it lures people to buying affordable clothes at subpar quality (dresslily and sammydress --- their clothes come from the same warehouse/location in China), recognizing that customers are powerless to return their items due to high prices. Sammydress also screens its negative feedback, which is how it lures new customers like me to purchase from them in bulk.

Escalate your claim to paypal!!! Received $20 back. Company even tried to haggle with me.

They have lied about there website i have orderd $125.47 worth of clothes on this sammys dress website . called they told me it was canceled i asked will my money be refuned they hung up on my called back no answer thought that was funny because i just called

I called again off a diffrent number they answered she said we already cancled i asked will i get my money back ahe said in 7 days i dont think i will she got mad at me i called again no answer !

I just want my money back ! I orderd for a gift for my mother and thats alot of money Please help me get my money back
