Placed order on 9/19, no product. Emailed 5 times, no respond to email. Currently claim is pending with Paypal for my refund of $270.00. This company is a fake
Okay so, sometime in August I spent almost $500 on this hair. I then waited patiently for details. The next day everything seemed fine when I received a phone call verifying my purchase and address. I was very excited to see that the ball had began rolling and I would soon receive my beautiful hair. So maybe 2-3 days passed and I was wondering why my first package(I payed separately) had not been shipped yet. I know it takes up to 7 days to ship but I was having a hair emergency. Anyway, later that day they called again to confirm my second order, so I figured I would ask the lady if there was anyway that my package could make it by Saturday.
Keep in mind that I ordered my hair Wednesday ... This call was Saturday .. so I would have 5 business days to get it shipped. In total that would be 8 business days which according to them "at the most, the item will take 7 days to ship". The girl on the phone said "yes I will get it to you by Saturday . So Saturday rolls around and the hairs not there . Not only was it not there .... It was never shipped . I was pissed so I emailed them and said what's going on?? No response. I could see that I've been Bamboozled ... So I looked up Bad reports about the boutique ... To my surprise I was not the only one who had been through this. I even read that they sent some cheap Indian hair to several people and wouldn't refund peoples money.
I was beginning to get worried people. So I took it to paypal and disputed it. PayPal then emailed them as kinda like a "hey, what's going on with this persons order ..." (Not in those words of course) no response ... So I proceeded to make it a claim . PayPal then emailed them asking for proof of shipping... They had none so 16 DAYS LATER... I was refunded . Don't shop with these people... Horrible customer service and a waste of time and money . I hope you're reading this before you've already bought some hair . I hope you're not reading this because you've been bamboozled as well . If so good luck ... And go to Paypal's resolution center for help . Thanks for reading . -KARMA ...

Samyahmilan is a ghetto ass company 'run'by some ghetto ass bird and her baby daddy. I ordered hair from them using their pick up service, WHAT A JOKE! These idiots claim to provide pick up in center city, nope. I had to leave my comfortable suburb of cherry hill to go to some ghetto in west philly and get out of my car to wait on A CORNER for a transaction that felt like a drug deal. I was beyond pissed and the closure I bought from them was a human hair blend, I know real hair when I see it. There customer service is, well, non existent. They're too ghetto to know the meaning of customer service. They think customer service means 'we don't conduct business on Instagram', yet they bombard your feed with bundle deals all day. They claim to have employees who are busy working night and day, but the only way you can reach them is via TEXT. Don't even try to check them on Instagram, they will block you. The faces of their company aren't real models, but Instagram hoes and birds from bad girls club. STAY AWAY FROM THE IDIOTS. Save your money and buy Bella dream hair or sassy Mitchell.
I wish I would have read the reviews first prior to placing my order!... I placed my order on 9/19.. still waiting... They placed a message on Instagram advising that there was as delay in shipment and if you were impacted you would receive an email...still waiting.... I emailed them on 9/21 to ask if I was impacted... still waiting. I emailed them again on 9/30... still waiting!!.. Per the Instagram page they are real people, or lets just say people. Real people, business people, would not treat their customers this way. At this point, I had enough and I filled a claim with PayPal to assist me with getting my refund. Also to mention that they blocked me from their Instagram page . DO ORDER FROM THIS FICTITIOUS COMPANY!
I ordered hair from rhis company 10/1 and was told it takes 1 day to process and 7-10 business days to ship. I disnt receive any updates as this time passed and reached out to instagram. I was later told after many post to use the contact link on the ordering site which I did 6 times before I received a reply. I was told on 10/16 that I would receive shipping info "Tomorrow". Tomorrow has yet to come. I reached out many times to the instagram page and ny post are always deleted. On 10/21 with an irate message I reached out on both instagram and the contact link. I was blocked on instagram and I received a very quick reply for the first time ever that I would receive a refund "tomorrow" which is today. I spent $371 and have my confirmation number which I will be more than glad to submit. I want my money back for a product I never received. The customer service is horrible and rude and if you can't service the people then your in the wrong line of work. Stop advertising what you cant fulfill by which my order status on the site site states that it is still unfilled. This is a fraud company and if I don't receive a refund my lawyer will be contacted and I plan to take this to the end. I ordered this hair for my birthday which was 10/20 and its the only reason I spent so much money on hair. My plans were ruined thanks to this company. I dont recommend them and I wish I would have did more research before ordering from them. Dont go by reviews or photos from anyone's pages even if they are a celebrity stylist this company is fraud.

I ordered 3x26's & 1x28 totally into 4 bundles. I spent only 381 because I got a sale. I never received the confirmation # in the 5 days that they promised. I asked a question on instagram & was blocked. Finally I was emailed my confirmation # , I received my order in 9 days after I placed my order. I was excited until I was sent the wrong lengths. I got 3x24s & 1x26 . The owner of the company ignored me for 3 days straight. When I finally got a response she was rude and really didn't care.

Since then I have not recieved a tracking number, my emails were ignored, and I got blocked from their Instagram. I have never felt so disappointed because this hair was for my birthday which passed yesterday by the way. I just want my money back because I had to order additional hair since the hair from this boutique never came. I was warned about them, but I regret taking a chance anyways. I ordered hair that came to a total of $402 and then after waiting over a month for a confirmation email which I never got I had to call OVER 5 times to tell them that I want to cancel my order before they eventually decided to send it out. After finally telling one of the reps, which might I add had a horrible attitude problem, I still never recieved any confirmation on my order and they had already taken the money out of my account. So I had to basically harass them to get them to answer me they TOLD ME to call paypal and file a dispute so that I can get my money back. Why do I have to call the company they use to get my money back when it's their job, but anyway I did it because I want my money back and then of course I wasn't able to get it because I wasn't the one in charge of the account, go figure. So I eventually got fed up and flied a dispute with my bank and now TIL THIS EXACT DAY am still waiting for them to confirm it so I can receive my money back and I have called them and emailed them many times so that they would release my money and they still haven't done it. This company just doesn't seem to care how they treat their customers.

I ordered this hair on August 5th, 2014 between 2 & 3pm. I saw this compaby from that Micah guy that likes to wear weave & wigs. So I was like ok, I'm gonna study and follow them before I purchased.
Here's where I went wrong. 1) when orseeing a closure piece, i wasn't given the option of what kind or color I needed. I was told that my hair would be here within 5-10 business days of my purchase. After day 10, my package wasn't here. I began to email the company asking why I haven't gotten my package, and got no response. This was on a daily basis. Oh yeah, and I never got a tracking number, just a "confirmation" email. once I wasnt getting responses, I decided to comment under a photo. and what they did was block me. so thats when I knew they stole my money. a month later, and my hair is still not here. no phone calls, emails, apologies or nothing. i am a 17 year old girl, that money could've went to my college education or something. I work to hard for my money just to be throwing $300 down the drain. so F Samyah Milan Boutique. I have warned all my friends about you, and use twitter and Instagram to tell everyone who thinks about purchasing from them about how I was robbed.

Long and short of it they are thief's. They stole my money. I bought hair from them for my daughter. That was over a month ago. No hair no email... Then the girl wants to keep playing email tag with me not responding so I called the hairman. He pretty much told me we didn't scam you. Scams is when you don't get anything and someone takes your money. I told him yes that what yall did. Once he realized what he said he sent me the paypal dispute number and told me call them and get your money back. We'll while I was talking to the paypal rep she said they keep getting all of these disputes paypal will soon drop them as a client due to shady business practices. Like I told my daughter they have no complaints on their pages that's because they were deleting them. That's exactly why I didn't order my hair from them.

On aug,21 I ordered three bundles of blonde ambition 2 from samyah carter also three bundles of Indian sleek straight adding up to $604.20 almost a month later I still havent received not one bundle of hair from them. I have emailed, and called to get no response. I should have known this was a scam because a little after I ordered I received a call from one of the representatives being very rude and treating me as if my order wasn't important because they had mistaken me for another customer who only spent $170. It just showed that they don't appreciate they're customers at all. Upon looking at reviews about there company I stumbled across this website and screen shot the reviews and sent it to them. only then after all the emails and texts I've sent regarding my order did I get a response saying" we're not concerned with internet news" but still no tracking number for my orders of hair.
They then went to tell me they will fully refund my orders and asked for my name which I provided, but still never sent me an email confirmation for my refund. They then told me to contact my credit card company, but I only have to contact the credit card company if I'm trying to dispute the charges, basically that's what they were telling me to do because they have still never refunded my money. Sad to say I'm dealing with the death of my father along with conartist trying to steal my hard earned money, but I will not let them steal from me. I will prosecute samyah carter to the fullest. She is a thief and so is everyone she works with. They don't care that they are stealing peoples money they send hair to who they choose and steal from those they don't. It's a shame when you try to support small black owned business and they steal from you she needs to go to prison when the federal government catches her and believe they will because I will make sure to contact every angency for my $600

Samyah Milan Boutique is very unprofessional. They are very rude and do not care about customer satisfaction. Once, they have your money, you don't matter. I've brought hair on several occasiona from Samyah Milan and the HairMan and I was sasified. I brought hair that was of poor quality and informed the company immediately and was told I don't have to buy from them again. I asked what should I do with this poor quality hair and I was told they don't do refunds and I don't have to buy again. I was extremely frustrated because I haven't done anything with the hair. I literally picked it up, went home and looked at it and notified them of my dissatisfaction with the hair quality. This is not how a business should run and customers should not feel like they business isn't valued. I do not recommend anyone buy hair from Samyah Milan Boutique. This company has poor customer service. They sold me some bad suppose been brazilian hair that kept frizzing up and start to burn when i curled it using the wand curler. I was told that the hair that i brought called the savannah curl was bralzilian after i got home and put the hair in i later found out that it was really indian hair. I wash it three time and it still looked really dry and frizzy and kept poofing up. when i called to complain to the the hair man who sold me the hair after only having it for a 5 days he keep making excuses and told me that he could not give me my money back or a exchange. He told me to consult my hair dress. I went to the hair dresser and she told me that it was nothing that she could do to the hair he sold me some bad hair and that he should refund me my money or exchange it. I notified the hair man about what my hair dresser had stated to me and he just sent me some ideas and you tube tutorials about how to take care or of brazilian hair.
I brought hair from this company before and didnt have a problem until now. I sent other customers to them and the people that i sent tothem complained to me about the pure customer service. I will never buy hair from them again and you can but at your own RISK. I wasted money that could of went towards a bill or some shoes. I ordered from this company a few times, the very first time i was very impressed. The person was very helpful. My experience was wonderful. The second time ordering it was okay, not near as great as the first. Each time after that it just proceded to get worse. The very last time was downright awful. Three weeks had past and I still didnt have my product. Now during this time i left several emails, calls and texts. No one ever got back to me. One day i asked them on Instragram about my product and I was quickly blocked. I was so upset because these ppl had taken 400 of my hard earned dollars and didnt seem to care at all. Finally after a month of no product i sent them a nasty text and they replied that they didnt want my business. Well I had to file a report with paypal and these idiots didnt refund me my money until the very last day of the dispute.
I can't believe this company is ok with not having ONE positive review. I most definitely will not be ordering from here and I will encourage others not to as well... UNPROFESSIONAL
This company is a complete scam! Horrible customer service. Do not order extensions from this company especially if you need them before a big event! you will not, I repeat will not receive them during the specified time frame or be sent any tracking information.
I had a photo shoot with a major company and ordered 18 days before the shoot, never received confirmation email or tracking.
Once I FINALLY spoke with an CS rep, I was told I would receive tracking info within two hours...never happend!
I HAD to file a report with PayPal for a refund ...waiting on a response from the company stull!
I also just found out that one of the models that I work with ordered hair from this company a few months ago and she HAD to take them out 13 days later due to the matting after she had a photo shoot in a pool and the hair literally balled up and tangeled to her scalp!

I could see that I've been Bamboozled ... So I looked up Bad reports about the boutique ... To my surprise I was not the only one who had been through this. I even read that they sent some cheap Indian hair to several people and wouldn't refund peoples money.
I was beginning to get worried people. So I took it to paypal and disputed it. PayPal then emailed them as kinda like a "hey, what's going on with this persons order ..." (Not in those words of course) no response ... So I proceeded to make it a claim . PayPal then emailed them asking for proof of shipping... They had none so 16 DAYS LATER... I was refunded . Don't shop with these people... Horrible customer service and a waste of time and money . I hope you're reading this before you've already bought some hair . I hope you're not reading this because you've been bamboozled as well . If so good luck ... And go to Paypal's resolution center for help . Thanks for reading . -KARMA ...

Samyahmilan is a ghetto ass company 'run'by some ghetto ass bird and her baby daddy. I ordered hair from them using their pick up service, WHAT A JOKE! These idiots claim to provide pick up in center city, nope. I had to leave my comfortable suburb of cherry hill to go to some ghetto in west philly and get out of my car to wait on A CORNER for a transaction that felt like a drug deal. I was beyond pissed and the closure I bought from them was a human hair blend, I know real hair when I see it. There customer service is, well, non existent. They're too ghetto to know the meaning of customer service. They think customer service means 'we don't conduct business on Instagram', yet they bombard your feed with bundle deals all day. They claim to have employees who are busy working night and day, but the only way you can reach them is via TEXT. Don't even try to check them on Instagram, they will block you. The faces of their company aren't real models, but Instagram hoes and birds from bad girls club. STAY AWAY FROM THE IDIOTS. Save your money and buy Bella dream hair or sassy Mitchell.
Still Waiting
I wish I would have read the reviews first prior to placing my order!... I placed my order on 9/19.. still waiting... They placed a message on Instagram advising that there was as delay in shipment and if you were impacted you would receive an email...still waiting.... I emailed them on 9/21 to ask if I was impacted... still waiting. I emailed them again on 9/30... still waiting!!.. Per the Instagram page they are real people, or lets just say people. Real people, business people, would not treat their customers this way. At this point, I had enough and I filled a claim with PayPal to assist me with getting my refund. Also to mention that they blocked me from their Instagram page . DO ORDER FROM THIS FICTITIOUS COMPANY!
Scam
I ordered hair from rhis company 10/1 and was told it takes 1 day to process and 7-10 business days to ship. I disnt receive any updates as this time passed and reached out to instagram. I was later told after many post to use the contact link on the ordering site which I did 6 times before I received a reply. I was told on 10/16 that I would receive shipping info "Tomorrow". Tomorrow has yet to come. I reached out many times to the instagram page and ny post are always deleted. On 10/21 with an irate message I reached out on both instagram and the contact link. I was blocked on instagram and I received a very quick reply for the first time ever that I would receive a refund "tomorrow" which is today. I spent $371 and have my confirmation number which I will be more than glad to submit. I want my money back for a product I never received. The customer service is horrible and rude and if you can't service the people then your in the wrong line of work. Stop advertising what you cant fulfill by which my order status on the site site states that it is still unfilled. This is a fraud company and if I don't receive a refund my lawyer will be contacted and I plan to take this to the end. I ordered this hair for my birthday which was 10/20 and its the only reason I spent so much money on hair. My plans were ruined thanks to this company. I dont recommend them and I wish I would have did more research before ordering from them. Dont go by reviews or photos from anyone's pages even if they are a celebrity stylist this company is fraud.

poor customer service
I ordered 3x26's & 1x28 totally into 4 bundles. I spent only 381 because I got a sale. I never received the confirmation # in the 5 days that they promised. I asked a question on instagram & was blocked. Finally I was emailed my confirmation # , I received my order in 9 days after I placed my order. I was excited until I was sent the wrong lengths. I got 3x24s & 1x26 . The owner of the company ignored me for 3 days straight. When I finally got a response she was rude and really didn't care.
I ordered a bundle of hair from Samyah Boutique on 8/14/14. The shipping info lists 7-10 business days for shipping. Since then I have not recieved a tracking number, my emails were ignored, and I got blocked from their Instagram. I have never felt so disappointed because this hair was for my birthday which passed yesterday by the way. I just want my money back because I had to order additional hair since the hair from this boutique never came. I was warned about them, but I regret taking a chance anyways. I ordered hair that came to a total of $402 and then after waiting over a month for a confirmation email which I never got I had to call OVER 5 times to tell them that I want to cancel my order before they eventually decided to send it out. After finally telling one of the reps, which might I add had a horrible attitude problem, I still never recieved any confirmation on my order and they had already taken the money out of my account. So I had to basically harass them to get them to answer me they TOLD ME to call paypal and file a dispute so that I can get my money back. Why do I have to call the company they use to get my money back when it's their job, but anyway I did it because I want my money back and then of course I wasn't able to get it because I wasn't the one in charge of the account, go figure. So I eventually got fed up and flied a dispute with my bank and now TIL THIS EXACT DAY am still waiting for them to confirm it so I can receive my money back and I have called them and emailed them many times so that they would release my money and they still haven't done it. This company just doesn't seem to care how they treat their customers.

I ordered this hair on August 5th, 2014 between 2 & 3pm. I saw this compaby from that Micah guy that likes to wear weave & wigs. So I was like ok, I'm gonna study and follow them before I purchased.
Here's where I went wrong. 1) when orseeing a closure piece, i wasn't given the option of what kind or color I needed. I was told that my hair would be here within 5-10 business days of my purchase. After day 10, my package wasn't here. I began to email the company asking why I haven't gotten my package, and got no response. This was on a daily basis. Oh yeah, and I never got a tracking number, just a "confirmation" email. once I wasnt getting responses, I decided to comment under a photo. and what they did was block me. so thats when I knew they stole my money. a month later, and my hair is still not here. no phone calls, emails, apologies or nothing. i am a 17 year old girl, that money could've went to my college education or something. I work to hard for my money just to be throwing $300 down the drain. so F Samyah Milan Boutique. I have warned all my friends about you, and use twitter and Instagram to tell everyone who thinks about purchasing from them about how I was robbed.

Horrible Scam Artist
Long and short of it they are thief's. They stole my money. I bought hair from them for my daughter. That was over a month ago. No hair no email... Then the girl wants to keep playing email tag with me not responding so I called the hairman. He pretty much told me we didn't scam you. Scams is when you don't get anything and someone takes your money. I told him yes that what yall did. Once he realized what he said he sent me the paypal dispute number and told me call them and get your money back. We'll while I was talking to the paypal rep she said they keep getting all of these disputes paypal will soon drop them as a client due to shady business practices. Like I told my daughter they have no complaints on their pages that's because they were deleting them. That's exactly why I didn't order my hair from them.

On aug,21 I ordered three bundles of blonde ambition 2 from samyah carter also three bundles of Indian sleek straight adding up to $604.20 almost a month later I still havent received not one bundle of hair from them. I have emailed, and called to get no response. I should have known this was a scam because a little after I ordered I received a call from one of the representatives being very rude and treating me as if my order wasn't important because they had mistaken me for another customer who only spent $170. It just showed that they don't appreciate they're customers at all. Upon looking at reviews about there company I stumbled across this website and screen shot the reviews and sent it to them. only then after all the emails and texts I've sent regarding my order did I get a response saying" we're not concerned with internet news" but still no tracking number for my orders of hair.
They then went to tell me they will fully refund my orders and asked for my name which I provided, but still never sent me an email confirmation for my refund. They then told me to contact my credit card company, but I only have to contact the credit card company if I'm trying to dispute the charges, basically that's what they were telling me to do because they have still never refunded my money. Sad to say I'm dealing with the death of my father along with conartist trying to steal my hard earned money, but I will not let them steal from me. I will prosecute samyah carter to the fullest. She is a thief and so is everyone she works with. They don't care that they are stealing peoples money they send hair to who they choose and steal from those they don't. It's a shame when you try to support small black owned business and they steal from you she needs to go to prison when the federal government catches her and believe they will because I will make sure to contact every angency for my $600

Samyah Milan Boutique is very unprofessional. They are very rude and do not care about customer satisfaction. Once, they have your money, you don't matter. I've brought hair on several occasiona from Samyah Milan and the HairMan and I was sasified. I brought hair that was of poor quality and informed the company immediately and was told I don't have to buy from them again. I asked what should I do with this poor quality hair and I was told they don't do refunds and I don't have to buy again. I was extremely frustrated because I haven't done anything with the hair. I literally picked it up, went home and looked at it and notified them of my dissatisfaction with the hair quality. This is not how a business should run and customers should not feel like they business isn't valued. I do not recommend anyone buy hair from Samyah Milan Boutique. This company has poor customer service. They sold me some bad suppose been brazilian hair that kept frizzing up and start to burn when i curled it using the wand curler. I was told that the hair that i brought called the savannah curl was bralzilian after i got home and put the hair in i later found out that it was really indian hair. I wash it three time and it still looked really dry and frizzy and kept poofing up. when i called to complain to the the hair man who sold me the hair after only having it for a 5 days he keep making excuses and told me that he could not give me my money back or a exchange. He told me to consult my hair dress. I went to the hair dresser and she told me that it was nothing that she could do to the hair he sold me some bad hair and that he should refund me my money or exchange it. I notified the hair man about what my hair dresser had stated to me and he just sent me some ideas and you tube tutorials about how to take care or of brazilian hair.
I brought hair from this company before and didnt have a problem until now. I sent other customers to them and the people that i sent tothem complained to me about the pure customer service. I will never buy hair from them again and you can but at your own RISK. I wasted money that could of went towards a bill or some shoes. Companys like this should be exposed so that they cant rip off other people who cant afford to waste money or pure quailty of products.

Was Gonna Order Now Im Not
I ordered from this company a few times, the very first time i was very impressed. The person was very helpful. My experience was wonderful. The second time ordering it was okay, not near as great as the first. Each time after that it just proceded to get worse. The very last time was downright awful. Three weeks had past and I still didnt have my product. Now during this time i left several emails, calls and texts. No one ever got back to me. One day i asked them on Instragram about my product and I was quickly blocked. I was so upset because these ppl had taken 400 of my hard earned dollars and didnt seem to care at all. Finally after a month of no product i sent them a nasty text and they replied that they didnt want my business. Well I had to file a report with paypal and these idiots didnt refund me my money until the very last day of the dispute.

This company is a complete scam! Horrible customer service. Do not order extensions from this company especially if you need them before a big event! you will not, I repeat will not receive them during the specified time frame or be sent any tracking information.
I had a photo shoot with a major company and ordered 18 days before the shoot, never received confirmation email or tracking.
Once I FINALLY spoke with an CS rep, I was told I would receive tracking info within two hours...never happend!
I HAD to file a report with PayPal for a refund ...waiting on a response from the company stull!
I also just found out that one of the models that I work with ordered hair from this company a few months ago and she HAD to take them out 13 days later due to the matting after she had a photo shoot in a pool and the hair literally balled up and tangeled to her scalp!

I went on Instagram to voice my opinion about their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and my comments were erased and I was blocked!!!
Lastly, the owner "Milayne" merely talks about empowering women and supporting the community...... BUT when I spoke with her about wholesale opportunities and showed her I was serious about this opportunity, I was given the run around and NEVER hears from her again!!!
