Sansar/S-Connect Systems, what ever they are called is a scam. Tony Squire was a consultant helping me through the reciperacal trading platform, that cost us $18,500 to have the programme installed into our computor. I only ended up paying $9000 as this is all i had. i found this strange that they so easily discounted the price for me. i was told i would have step by step training, for as long as you needed it, and if you were not satified, a refund would be given. The training was not thorough enough, One lesson of 30 mins provided. then nothing unable to even contact the company or receive a call back. Paper trading, as its called, was illastrated in a very professional brochure, with graphs, and one persons investment port folio for the year. Very impressive, but very unattainable. The platform shows percentages of profit, you go to it, place it and find out there is a maximum, which sometimes, more times than not, is not worth the effort. You spend most the time justifying who you are, talking to chat line operators, trying to sift through questions on getting your money out of the account with them. This program Is a scam we just want our money back.

The curious black hole of Sansar

I am sorry that you, like us, have got caught up with Sansar and apparently, lost money.

Our story is similar. My partner, who operates a small business, got a cold call from a David Roberts from Sansar trying to sell him some online betting software for about $18,000.

I wasn't interested but Sansar hassled my partner a few times, enough for him to agree to an phone/online demonstration. I could see how it would work and, after they worked on us a bit more - promising 12 months tuition, money back at the end of 12 months if we weren't satisfied with the return we were getting - I relented and we handed over the cash.

No receipt. A contract that looked like someone like me had written it up that afternoon.

Difficulties loading the first version of the Sansar Connect/S Connect software. My firewall wouldn't let it through. I did wonder what sort of professionally developed and marketed betting software couldn't get through my off-the-shelf virus/firewall protection... Anyway, got it loaded with help from my online Sansar tutor, Alex Williams (kiwi accent).

Didn't get much done with it after that because then a new version of the software came through. No warning. I was wary but when my next Sansar tutorial rolled around with Alex, I was assured it was okay.

The tutorials were much harder to coordinate with Sansar than I'd be led to believe by the salesman, Dave Roberts, and a couple of them fell through with no warning. Eventually, I decided it was way too time-consuming - more complicated and tutorials not available when I needed them. I asked for my money back.

Like the above person, I was told that a refund was not possible but they could on-sell our licence. So we signed another weird, unprofessional looking contract. This was late 2013. I enquired a couple of times - by email - about how the onselling was going and was told there were people interested but they had to check with their other halves. Last time I tried to email, before Easter 2014, no reply. Have attempted to phone but phone doesn't even seem to ring at their end.

Tried Googling Sansar and every time I clicked on something, my computer locked up - not sure if it was possible but it was like someone had attached something to my computer so that it couldn't work with that name.

Curiously, we have since received, by post, something from Certified Trading Platforms at what I think was Sansar's address: Level 36 Gateway Tower, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney, 2000. No, we will not be investing.

Although I was wary with Sansar, I tried to keep an open mind. In my line of work, you see a lot of people doing things in different ways. I tried to be open-minded about what I thought was a start-up business, Next time, I won't just be wary.

Dear friends, my story begun in February 2013, when I got a call from Sansar Connect, offering me to "attain financial goals through a simple, powerful and effective system".

At the time I was almost out of work, just keeping up with my mortgage payments. So, after a couple of calls from Sansar Connect, I have decided to buy the program.

Right atrer the payment the company (Sansar Connect) sent me something to my computer, I did not understand what it was and tried to contact the customer support department and ask for help.

Trying to get in touch by calling and sending emails for three days, I got thru to Alex Williams (customer support officer), he was very irritaded by my call, I felt it by his voice. I realise that I will not make a single cent out of this program and asked for the return of my money.

After sending about a hundred of emails and calling them (one day last April I call Sansar Connect ten times) I got to Shane Anderson and Tony Squire, they promise to refund my money.

First, it was 24 February 2014, start of new markiting campaigh, then it was 2 June 2014.

Nothing happended.

And now they just have vanished, I am not getting any responses on my emails and phone calls.

I have been told by Sansar Connect that the licence was ussied on my name and the only way to get a refund is to transfer the licence to somebody else..

If the licence was under my name, why I did not get a licence number, expire date and Terms and Condititions attached to the licence.

They have not sent even cash receipt for my payment. After asking Sansar Connect a number of times for the proper paperwork, they have just ignored my requiest.

I came to Australis as a refugee from former USSR to get a better life for my family and was working all my life as a tradesman and now, because of my medical condition and age, I can not work full time.

This makes it very hard to keep up with my mortgage repayments, especially with additional $18,700.00 plus interest, added to my home loan.

The company Sansar Connect has now other name. It is now Synergy Financial or S Connect System or it can operate under any other names.

Beware of Lawrence Quade, Andrew Benson, Shane Anderson, Alex Williams, Tony Squire or whatever their names are.

They are not real men, they are all scams and after your money only. There is nothing behind the glossy brochure. There are not anyone to talk to. Its like you talking to the answering service. A real waste of time and money.

Please, do not make mistakes, as I did. Keep away from them. They can change their names, but the nature stays unchanged.
