This company is a scam, please beware! I ordered their dog supplement for my golden retriever which was diagnosed as having degenerative myopathy. I had questions in regards to the ingredients and "why" the bottle sent to me was NOT sealed. I called numerous times and left messages, no response. I also e-mailed the company three times and NO response either. Now, I want them to honor their money back guarantee and have had no success.

Background information questionable.

I can't say whether this product works or not because after using for a week, my dog refused to eat for 2 1/2 days and had diarrhea. Not a big deal. However, when I first ordered it, I submitted a question via e-mail that is on their website and then another question after my dog experienced stomach problems and I never heard back from them.

I also looked up Sanus Labs on the internet which is mentioned on their information page, and there is no longer a page. It came up an "Error." They claim that through research done on horses in Australia with similar problems as dogs with DM, researchers and herbalists found excellent results using a supplement that was then refined to use on dogs. I found nothing on the internet to substantiate this claim. I checked websites that discussed similar issues in horses, and found nothing.

Nowhere in their literature do they discuss that dogs may have stomach issues using this product. Only mentioned briefly when ordering their 2 week supply. At first I was so excited, but now I feel skeptical after reading various reviews. Also, if this is so amazing, ( I think they claim 70% of dogs taking this have shown improvement or have slowed the progression of the disease) wouldn't there be hundreds of reviews? One reviewer wrote how great customer service was and how she could call someone at the company numerous times and get encouragement. Interesting since there isn't a phone number listed. I also looked up Pet Harmonics on the Better Business Bureau, and while no complaints have been issued, they have the number of employees listed as One (1). I looked up Doggie Holistics for a phone number which is provided, but not for the product Sanus Biotex.

It looks like they may have piggy-backed on research done by a Dr. Clemmons as far as ingredients that might be helpful to dogs with DM. Very confusing. I can't say it doesn't work, it might, but there customer service seems questionable as does their background information.

Questionable Company Scam!

This company is a scam and I want to save others from making the same mistake I did. In a desperate search for finding something to help my dog who has DM I found the website, which was very impressive and full of information & research claims. It had a small amount of testimonials on the website and some talked about great customer service. I received the product and knew right away it was not agreeing with my dog. I emailed them to asking for a refund as the website claims a 100% refund for any reason and a 24 hour response to email. After 5 emails to them with NO REPLY at all I started internet searching Holistic Doggie and Sanus Biotex and found some complaints similar to mine and I filed a complaint with the BBB and they post the business can't be found! It also seems to be affiliated in the beginning with Pet Harmonics which has no info out there any longer.

I did a google earth search of the return address that as on the package they sent the product in and it is a condo, not the nice store front with an impressive logo like pictured on the website. Then I realized in my excitement to find this product I failed to notice the website has no phone number or address listed! What a red flag that I missed.

I think it is heartless to prey & scam people searching to help their animals. I don't even care that much about my refund, I just want to help others who may do research first that this company is not reputable! Too many things don't add up on top of the fact they won't respond to me for my refund request.

No Response

They don't respond to any emails and don't have a phone number. Their coq10 was listed at one time on their site and papers sent as coming from China! This is not good but at least I did get a refund. Don't deal with these people whoever they are.

scam

I contacted them numerous times and no reply.

A tiny amount of product gave my dog diahhrea! even though they say there are no side affects.

Do not order from them.

They do not respond so they do not honor their so called return policy!

A company who sells a product for dogs and has zero contact is a sham!
