Contract and meetings narrowed a contract down to a discounted price of 80 per sq ft from 88 for "advance payments during construction . it was clear and written that this advance money would prevent revolving 26%interest on contractors side of expences .agreement also protected against scope of work increses by establishing a need to write down additional labor and material needed for changes involving additional cost. logical and honest . so on contract I exampled a house @ 80 x1231=98480.$ living space.Also on agreement is a house labled additional and reason for ie garage, driveway , 3 bath , two story construction, stairway etc . attacted description . ms Cartmell waited for last minute and in front of building inspector to op for more or house of more labor and material cost. its sq footage is 1800.
During construction and at feature choice (type of doors and windows ),Mr Cartmell father of Sarah at building suppy store phyisicaly blocked my payment of a 2000.$ stain glass and oak custom door . This later turned out to be only begining of fraud in hiding cost and diverting of construction loan money to their corrupt cronies over next 3 months . they refused to acknoledge scope changes and instead of played dumb on these being additional. At a suprise meeting on sept 25 at house in approach of drywall phase Mr Cartmell thought a sex offer during negociations (did the bacsic instinct movie tatic , spread legs in chair to achieve more discounts )might allow them to pay as if building 1300 sq ft house. I rejected sex offer and asked for a written position of intent . A addedum was presented on morning of 26th and intent was clear . They had already set up a false belief among them selfs that I was going to provde 500 sq ft free. I was very despondant and fear of safety . My employees already knew , they were part of scam. it gets very egresously corrupt here. here is list of coverup taticts . ms cartmell claimed not being at job,poor quality . they reported false non tax payments .insenuated property damage 3 years later in court . contractor that took over is crony and helped fabicate false billing , i got a goon from city court threaten my life , my house was ransacked and things stold, i got request for phony estimates for 3 years and it turned out to be orginated by Kevin Gore a competor spray foam industry . i was pricing equipment for my new business model.
