I ordered this product for my husband who unwillingly tried it. After his first month, he decided it was not for him and I called and cancelled the order. I was told that my card would not be charged further.
A couple of weeks later we received a box, which sat on the counter unopened until I noticed that my debit card had been charged $91.79 from Scalp Med. I called and asked them what the charge was for and was told it was the 2nd installment from our trial. After quite a bit of arguing, I was told there was nothing they could do, they did not want the product back and that the 60 day money back guarantee had expired.
Another month goes by and I find another charge for $79.99 from them. I just got off the phone with them and they said that this charge was for the second installment of the second month we received. Really?? First of all, the thing was cancelled after the first 30 days with a promise that there would be no more charges. Then they send product anyway and take money out of our account, not once but twice!
I still got the same response, your 60 day money back guarantee has expired. In fact it expired 4 days ago. Four days ago??! I explained that the box wasn't even opened and his actual response was "That's too bad because your 60 day guarantee is expired and there's nothing I can do for you." When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I WAS speaking to the supervisor and I was just out of luck.
This is the biggest scam I have seen in quite some time. Not only does the product not work, but they trick you and lie to you on top of that! Do NOT buy this product. $171.78 stolen from my bank account not to mention the $50+ to try the crap for the first 30 days. I am apalled that companies like this exist.
Saw the infomercial for scalpmed and with the 60 day guarantee went for it, received the product and tried it, after 45 days it was apearanet that nothing was going to change on my scalp and called to cancel.
On the phone the rep was telling me it can take up to 6 months to work and wanted me to give it time to work I informed him that I'm within my 60 day guarantee and dont want to pay for a product that does not work. He took my information and informed my that my order is cancelled and I should not receive anything more I confirmed again with him that there will be no charges on card and he confirmed.
In next month statement I see that they have charged me 160 for the trial product calling them I was informed that yes I have cacelled but I did not return the product (empty containers) which the agent did not request when I cancelled. Talking to a supervisor was more of the same.
People stay clear of this company. They will steel you money and give you nothing in return.

I have tryed tosend unopened boxes back and they will not take them.
They will not give RA.
They Bill deceptively every month is a different amount so that you can not stop their auto pay program.
I cancelled and then I continue to get billed monthly.
They will not let you speak to anyone that can resolve your issues.
This is a SCAM.
