This company sells a product that they do not support. Either they are unwilling, or they just think clients are signed in and they don't have too.
We have tried to upgrade to a new server and have zero response or knowledge. Their techs do NOT have the knowledge to support their own product.
Find another software and RUN from this company. They may be great at the beginning but once they have you, they have you in the negative.
