I leased a car from Schwartz Automotive and it went well. He took my previous car (a lease) which had damage to return and said he would return it to the original dealership. I paid him 2000 dollars to repair the car. He never returned it to the dealership.
I had to chase Eric Schwartz for three months, he would not give in my car to the dealership. He kept on making up stories, causin me aggravation and a waste of my time.
Finally I called the police to intervene, and at that point he agreed to meet us some place so we can pick up the car - a 100 dollar trip by cab to where he wanted us to meet in Staten Island. We took back the car and will inccur penalties.
To make matters worse the old car now has another dent on it, scratches in the front and large scratches on the windows - after it was fixed for 2000 dollars. Bascially we have to pay to fix it again and we have to spend a day at the original dealership.
This experience involved a lot of threatening and screaming and run around. I would not reccommend Schwartz Automotive to anyone.
