My nightmare with this company started at the begin of June/2014. I received a 1200 watt scooter ($629). This scooter is listed as their top of the line scooter. Once I opened the box I noticed that the battery pack (essentially 3 small batteries wired together) The first thing I noticed was the terminal on the last battery was completely covered with corrosion and the eye over the terminal was cracked half way through which finally cracked all the way through within 6 days of owning it rendering the scooter useless since there was no longer any contact.
I contacted the company the first time on June 9th, 2014 and explained the problem. I was told to go buy a new eye, screw, and silicone to replace the broken piece. Which I thought was a bit bizarre due to the fact that I had just spent $629 on a brand new scooter and I was already out money within 6 days of owning it, but I did and I was up and running again.
Fast forward to July 21, 2014..same problem. The exact same terminal has corrosion and destroyed the eye over the terminal and the screw again leaving the scooter useless because there was no contact. I contacted the company once again and explained that I had a mechanic look at it and he heard a buzzing noise coming from the defective terminal. I was told by the company that they would send me "1" battery. Not the whole battery pack just "1" small replacement battery.
Once I received the battery i wired up the new battery to the 2 existing batteries and again I was up and running.
Well wouldn’t you know it by September 19th, 2014 I was contacting the company again to tell them that the new battery they had sent me was also doing the same thing as the old defective battery was doing. The same terminal on the battery was corroding and destroying the eye over the terminal and screw.
The response I received from the company was "it was build up due to humidity"..and to "brush it off"...there is one thing called build up..there is a whole other name to this and it corrosion. Build up does not destroy the eye and the screw.
They then told me "you may return the battery and we will replace it one last time".. As if they were doing me a "favor" for sending me a defective product since day one.
What i did next was decide to document what was going on with the battery. I put a new eye over the terminal and new screw. Did NOT place the battery back in the scooter, did NOT charge it and let it sit in a clement control home from September 19th, 2014 thru October 26th, 2014 and took pictures of it on 9/19/14, 10/9/14, and again 10/26/14 and you can see clearly in the pictures that the eye and the screw are falling apart. Which will render them useless in another week or so.
I also took it a step further and had not one but two certified mechanics stop by my home and look at the battery pack and they both said the same thing (on separate days and don’t even know each other) they said and I quote "The battery pack is defective, you are going to continue having problems with the pack. It doesn’t matter is you replace just 1 battery the whole pack is defective. The wiring system is faulty at best, but you need a new ENTIRE battery pack."
I then contacted the company again on October 26th, 2014 and told them they need to replace the entire battery pack. I sent them the pictures and explained the whole situation along with what the mechanics said and the companies response was "
"looks like water or humidity got a hold of the terminal. to get any corrosion off you put baken soda on the corrosion, then put water on it. it will wash off
thanks"
Lol as if the battery pack had even left my home since September 19th. The terminal was not wet..the battery pack has been sitting in a clement control home since the new eye and screw were placed in it. The battery pack was not used and not even charged it just sat inside my home with nothing interfering with it for over a month and in that time the terminal has been destroying the eye and the screw.
They do not want to replace the defective battery pack. At best they are trying to put a band aid on their faulty batteries. They could have taken care of this back on June 9, 2014 by just replacing it but they made me go out of pocket and then made me jump through hoops for the last 5 months.
Every time you call their office no one picks up. Every time you ask for someone to call you back they won’t. They only want to communicate through email. They will do their best to avoid actually talking to anyone. Especially a disgruntle costumer.
BTW as far as the scooter goes...it does not go faster than 25 tops (I'm a women and I'm not fat...that video they put up to show how fast the scooter goes is bogus...we did the same test and the scooter toped out at 25) It is heavy duty and seems that it will last a while (all steel) but what’s the point in owning a 110LB scooter if it doesn't run because they are selling faulty batteries to run them.
Lastly i would like to add that i own motorcycles, dirt bikes, and ATV's. I fully understand what is required to keep these recreational vehicles running. This scooter as become a total and complete nightmare. i wish i had never purchased it and never have dealt with this less then professional company.
PS. I am also making a youtube video to show all my pictures and emails with this company. I believe people need to know the truth about them and hopefully they will stay clear and not buy anything from them.
Super Turbo Lithium 1200 watt Scooter is mind blowing powerful & super fast
the Super Turbo lithium scooter goes about 24 to 26 miles on a charge I could not believe my eyes when I first rode it. the cool thing is it rides full speed the whole charge. it is so awesome and it's 20 pounds lighter then the 1000 watt scooter because of the lithium battery pack I could not be happier
We called 3 weeks ago and talked with very helpful person on the phone. We bought the Super Turbo Lithium 1200watt scooter, because they highly recommended since I needed it for a 20 mile commute. Let me tell you this scooter did not disappoint me at all. Wow I literally go full speed to and from work and this gets me there no problem. Speed and power can be scarey if you are not use to flying, so recommend not riding at full speed for too long unless you are experienced.
Very smooth ride, very portable, great customer service and Iiterally got the Mercedes of electric scooters for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!

He spent over 30 min with me on the phone and very patiently answered my 100+ questions. After watching there youtube videos on there website and talking with them on the phone I decided the best value for the money along with being able to ride it anywhere in the USA without getting in trouble or a noise violation the 1200 watt scooter was what we went with.
This scooter is amazing to say the least. My son rides it all day on a charge and exceeds 30mph for the first half the of charge no problem My son weighs about 125 lbs.
He also has strapped a basket to the metal plate above the back tire, which he absolutely enjoys. Scooter Wholesales also sold us a battery powered LED headlight for 30 dollars. I works great.

Bought 2 1200watt super turbo electric scooters form this company and 2 days later they arrived on my porch. They were almost fully assembled and with popping in the fuse and turning the key i was off like a lightening bolt. These are almost scarey fast. The torque you feel the second you twist the throttle. This is a very sturdy, chrome, solid metal, no plastic or cheap parts anywhere compared to other scooters i researched.
You will be amazed on the smooth fast ride from this scooter. It is by far hands down the Mercedes of electric scooters. Customer service was awesome from the first phone call to them to the day it arrived.
