These People Are Con Artists
Wyndham Timeshares are full of con artists and fraudsters. I've been scammed repeatedly - you cant trust anything they say whatsoever. I looked up these names and found they are the lawyers responsible for protecting Wyndham's Con Game. Apparently Scott Mclester is Wyndham Worldwides General Counsel. This Ryan Morettini must work for McLester (apparently works in Florida). They are the ones that refuse to refund people's money when they are scammed - which is essentially every time a sale is made. In other words, they are the ones that instruct customer support to tell us to go to hell (and forget about getting our money back). There is a special place in you know where for these people!
Wyndham has been perpetrating an organized effort to generate increasing timeshare sales at any cost - all to maximize the insider executives stock price. Over the last few years Wyndham's stock price has spiraled upwards while its insiders have been selling off the maximum stock for millions. All of this while the poor senior citizens who own Wyndham timeshares suffer terribly. Countless elderly timeshare owners have been victamized by Wyndham, stuck with worthless timeshares that they cant get rid of,and that they cant use. Wyndham has been perpetrating a diabolical plot of annually diluting its points in ways that require its owners to upgrade just to get any value out of the timeshare. Every year these older Americans are hit with ever increasing timeshare costs, with ever decreasing timeshare value. After suffering through yet another costly uprage, they find that they still cant make a reservation at the resorts they were promised. All of the lies and misrepresentations told by the sales division are created and managed by the horrible fleet of lawyers overseeing such organized fraud and deception. It is the lawyers such as Jeff Cohen, Ryan Morettini, and many outside counsel that should be disbarred for being part of such crimes against our elderly. These people are pathetic and have no morals - doing everything to maximize corporate and personal profits on the backs of good hard working seniors!!
