Scott Mickelson called me in early November of 2013 and asked to borrow money. The reason he needed the money was because his ex wife didn't pay her taxes and the IRS tied up his personal accounts, which contained thousands of dollars. He promised he would repay me by Thanksgiving because he was expecting a large commission from his mortgage broker business. He has lied to me and promised payment many, many times. Now he won't return any calls, emails or texts. Have nothing to do with this lying deadbeat as he will do the same to you. I've learned that he did the same to a mutual friend for a much larger amount. Don't do business with this guy in any financial way or you will be lied to and cheated.
I ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH MR. MICKELSON BACK IN 2009 FOR A SHORT TERM INVESTMENT OF $20,000.00 WITH A PAYBACK OF 5% INTEREST WITHIN 6 MONTHS

The last story he made up was that his girlfriend stole his walket, passport, and his license and his accounts were frozen because of his ex-wife. He was staying at the Best Western in Scottsdale and although he was called out on several lies he had an excuse for everything. He then lied and said he was worth $1 billion but I couldn't get access to his accounts and an FBI agent ("his boy") helped him get a duplicate license. Whenever he is speaking, he is lying.
