The women who is the land law of Hamilton Apartment is a hispanic women, who is in her early 50's. She is a very rude and disrespectful women. Most of the renter at Hamilton Apartment are elders, there are weird smell in the hall way. She scream and yell at the elders. There are cockroaches, and bed bugs in this apartment. The apartment is very small, so before you rent go and check out the apartment. If you are out of state and are relocating do not hold on the apartment because you will lose your money. She refuse to refund even when you told her that "you no longer interested in renting the apartment because there is cockroaches and bed bugs bite." She will call you a liars. Scully company is a company that owned numerous apartments within PA, it's a poor company because when i contact them and said that i would like to file a complaint on this women refusing to return my deposit, and i would also like to report her behaviors toward the elder and poor customer services. They said that they do not have a department that would take my complaint or file any incident. Please BEWARE and do not sign a one year contract or/else you will loose your money.
