I just want to warn anyone attempting to work for this place. I worked there for an extended period of time and everything about this place makes me sick. I am not going to name names or throw people under the bus but they are full of liers and scam artists.
Yes, they have an A+ rating with BBB, but everything they provide for their customers is legit. It is how they treat their employess is the reason why I am writing.
In the few months I worked there i witnessed an over under of 40 people come and go, old young doesnt matter as long as you have a manager or sales background they will ""hire"" you and fire you. You are hired as an independant contractor which means you have no rights as an employee and can be fired for no reason.
Saying you work you own hours is true, but your activity is closly watched on a day to day basis. I never worked passed 830 in the field but by the time i got home logged my activity for the day and prepped for the next day it was 10 1030. They force you to come in to the office at odd times 3 times a week for ""training"" however they dont pay for it or for the money spent driving there. I was driving roughly 70miles week to the office and then another 70-80 miles from there to the field. So, i wasted a half a tank of gas a week that i couldnt claim as well as about 10-15 hours between drive time and unpaid meetings. I was 1 of about 5-6 people going threw this every week. At the end of my time there they failed to provide insurance, complete installs on time(it took about 2 weeks on average to schedual an install and then another week to get paid, which meant you could go over a month from the sale date with out being paid.) No compensation for gas or cell phone and they only way to get benifits is to become a manager. So, yes it is slave labor, you get compensated based on a customers credit score, so the same sale can be a $250 sale or 375. Even though you did the same amount of work.
Do Not Trust any of the ""Managers"" there and do not waste your time no matter what they tell you. They will string you along with hopes of making 70-125k and in reality you are lucky to keep food on the table and pay your rent.
