I had a stroke in Lowes store 1561 while I worked there. The company in store HR representitive never informed me of my rights for a Workmans Comp. claim so I filled it myself AFTER I left their employment. About a Month after I filled, I heard from Sedgwick CMS. So far, there claims man for Hawaii Jason Burrell,has olny returned one of my many phone calls. He and I have had no direct conversations. I just got another latter from Sedgwick telling me I they have not been able to contact me. I have called them many times to a VM box only.
They aredoing that trick of delaying, delaying and delaying until I give up probably. I will not do that.
I will contact my own attorney though. I suggest to anyone that comes into contact with Sedgwick, call you're attorney first thing.
Sedgwick CMS is a privately held company that is hired to do one thing,not pay anyone anything and do it by any means posible. That is what this company WAS designed to do.
