I shipped two books to Sellbooks.com via Fedex and received an email from them on November 4, 2013 that delivery was complete and inspection was complete and payment of $113.58 was pending within 10-15 business days. When I did not receive payment (via PayPal) within that time I contacted Sellbooks.com via email form on their website. I did not receive a reply, so I called them several times, each time leaving a message with my details. I did not receive a call back, so I sent them another email on December 9, 2013. Still I have received no reply and I have not received payment for books or return of the books that I sent them. I've copied the email from them below: On Mon, Nov 4, 2013 at 12:38 PM, SellBooks.com Customer Support wrote: Hello David, We are pleased to inform you that your Order #:143927 has now completed the inspection process. Next, you will receive an automated email when the payment process is complete labeled "Payment Issued", this process takes between 10 and 15 business days. Please review your order below. All, if any, adjustments that have been made to your order during inspection have been outlined for you below. We will then hold onto any refused items for 30 days in order to arrange for the customer to pay for return shipping. After the 30 day period expires we then recycle the book without notice due to storage restraints. If one of your items has been refused because of not meeting our guidelines, please contact customer support to make arrangements for the items return. SellBooks.com, according to our terms of service does not pay for return shipping. If you are not interested in having the item returned please contact us so that we may clear it from our storage and we will recycle the item.
