Seneca Skin Reviews

9/30/14 I clicked on the e-mail marketing for Seneca Skin for wrinkle-free skin, claiming the free trial bottle, just pay the postage. After filling out the order information, another display pops up claiming that pairing this product with Vitabella Skin will give you amazing results, for the same free trial offer. I authorized that order. Made the mistake of using my Mastercard debit card instead of a credit card. 10/14 Estibeauty withdraws $99.73 for Seneca. 10/15 Bloombeauty withdraws $94.56 for Vitabella. I used the products, so didn't question it.

I receive another bottle of both and immediately go on line to cancel and get return instructions. 11/9, 11/10, and 11/11 I receive cancellation notices for the products, and return them. Through correspondence with the support people, they advise that I was automatically enrolled in "autoship plans" for both products. 11/12 Estibeauty debits my account $ 99.73 for Seneca. 11/13 Truebeautyskin credits my account for $99.73, then turns around and immediately withdraws it again. 11/14 Bloombeauty debits my account $ 94.56 for Vitabella, inspite of the cancellation notices.

I have e-mailed, written and tried calling their offices to get my money back for products that I never received. The phone is only a recording. The e-mail is an automatic response message. Persons names received in correspondence from Katerina Reyes, Chester Lopez, Jasmine Perez, Lora Ortega. All from the same physical address listing for both Seneca and Vitabella.

My bank tried to assist me in getting the money back, but because the transactions were done by diffrent companies, their hands are tied. This scamming company knows how to trick honest people. They need to be stopped because they scam older ladies, trying to keep working in a highly competitive work force.

On October 9, 2014, I saw an ad on the internet for a free trial offer for a skin care trial offer and I replied. The ad offered another offer as well. Iapplied gor both and was charged a s&h fee of $3.95 for one and & $4.95 for the other

I realized I had been been charged $$94.56 for one and $99.73 for the other for the trial size I did not return within the 30 day trial offer. I was very angry about my charges because they were not clearly represented in the ad. The following month, I received anyother box and clearly wrote on the box "return to sender", but never the less was charged another $99.73.

The billing address on my statements Zionsville, In. on one and Indianapolis, In. on the other. When I call the numbers associated with both, I constantly. I called my bank annd they gave me the e-mail address for both, but the computer doesn't recognize them. I have 3 e-mail addresses: vitabellabeauty.com, senecaskin.com, and, trueliftskin.com..

In looking into these addresses, I read a complaint review on Seneca Skin Care and Vita bella Beauty. I do believe these are companies that are fraudulently using the credit card informationI used for the s&h I used to place my trials offer.

I tried a product that I had seen on-line with a Dr.Oz endorsment. I filled out the information on-line application and decided to cancel my application. About 1 week later I recieved a phone call about the product to try it out at a reduced price. I decided to try it. I didn't get both products at the same time so I called the company since you are supposed to use the two products together. At that time I was asked to call the company about the product.

At that time it was getting close to the 14 trial period to end, even though I had just gotten both products finally. I found out the 14 day trial started when I first ordered the product. I did call and cancel but was still chared $99.73 for the product. I was able to get someone in their customer service and expressed my displeasure with the product. I was given a RMA # that was needed for my refund along with the return address. So I waited and waited and still didn't get my refund. That's when I had seen that I wasn't the only one that was duped out of my money.

I have tried repeatedly with the e-mail to get my money back. However Dan just keeps sending his responce to me in a form letter about the terms and conditions. Unfortunatly for me I put my order in with a telemarketer and wasn't able to read the terms and conditions. I'm still very angry that I still haven't gotten my money back even though I sent back the sample with an RMA number.

Pissed

I as well as most also received the trial and then started seeing charges to my account, They told me I had to send back the bottles which spent more money and did, They claimed they never received them, after they many attempts they claimed they did receive and would credit my account..... more lies, I called again after a few weeks and was told my credit needed to be manually entered by a manager and would see it in a few days.....more lies...months later and still no credit. How do these people get away with this. so frustrating....

I went on line aftere seeing an add on TV for free samples of skin care cream with no strings attached. I did supply them with my charge card number for a small amount for shipping charges. i received the free samples for Seneca Skin Cream and Vitabella Vitamin C Cream. I did not see any results so I decided to refrain from ordering more of their product. Approximately two months later I received a replacement without have ordered anything. I checked my charge card statements and found that they had charged my for two months for over $ 200.When I tried to contact them by phone I found that their number had been disconnected. I was unable to contact anyone by their web site, as they did not provide that information on line.

In August 2014 got an advertising for Seneca skin cream and vitabella cream. Both were advertised as a duo, to be used in tandem. The advertisment also said that I can order a trial sample and will have to pay only the shipping costs. I placed immediately an order of a trial sample of Seneca skin and then another order for Vitabella cream . Paid with my credit card only for the S&H cost: $4.95/per product. The order arrived on time and the creams were indeed very good.

As the trial sample was for 30 days, I was planning on placing a new order for both creams at the end of my supply. I was satisfied with the purchase and consequently deleted the order information from my e-mail INBOX, which I regret doing to this day.About 30 days later I noticed a new two charges to my credit card, which I didn't recognize. Complained to my bank and after a review was informed that there is not a fraudulent matter, but a transaction that has to be disputed. Went back to the website of Seneca and vitabella creams (both are offered on the same website) and found something that I didn't notice before. Apparently, I was suppossed to call them after 14 days if I was not satisfied. Otherwise I will be enrolled authomatically in their auto shop program.

To this date, 3 month later, I didn't get any shipment of the products from the company.

Seneca and vitabella skin care products claim to take away wrinkles in as little as two weeks when the products are used together. They offer a free trial for shipping fee of $4.95 and $3.95 each. they will send you the trial offer in a package with no return address or any disclosure agreement. Within 14 days of the shipment they start charging your credit for $99.73 for Seneca cream an $94.56 for vitabella. They continue charging your card each month for these amounts unless you call and cancell the order.

If you call their customer service number they never pick up and even if they do their sales rep will tell you that it is out of her jurisdiction and a supervisor will give you a call to take care of the refund. However no one will ever call. I have been calling them every week for the past 4 weeks and each time I get the same story. They have charged my account twice for $99.73, twice for $94.56, and once for $191.93 From mid sep to end of oct totaling $580.51 and have only shipped out two bottles of Seneca and two bottles of vitabella.

Their products work only for the first few weeks and after that the skin goes back to its initial condition. they are a total fraud and internet thieves. Not only they will not refund me the money for the products I never Ordered in the first place, they have made an additional charge of $191.93 without any product ever being shipped out. they use Dr. Oz to vouch for their products and that is what fooled me. Please let me know what venue I can use to get my money back.

I was intrigued by two products claiming to make your wrinkles disappear, add a more youthful look to your face, for only 3.95 and 4.95. The two companies were Seneca Skin Care and Vita Bella. It is for vitamin C cream and a serum type hylauric acid. So I received the two products. Used them and decided I would not reorder. Little did I know that they had charged my credit card $99 and $94 for these products!

! I received another jar yesterday, and begin to investigate because I hadn't ordered... But they have already charged me for this product as well as last month!! I am out nearly $400. I am furious!! I called my credit card company and they said I must get in touch with them first.. But they aren't going to do anything about the $400 this company has already stolen from me!!The contents of the box only contained the product... No packing slip.... Nothing to try to resolve this issue by the seller! I tried calling and of course it is Sunday..... I am going to call tomorrow!!

Rip off

They are questionable at best. I had the very same experience.

I will not allow this to happen

seneca vitabela rip off

I did get ahold of them after I saw the same charges on my credit card. I never received anything but the free samples. The best the would do is to "allow" me t keep the product and credit me 50%. I am going to keep pursuing

I had been doing research on facial cremes, and saw a tv program on specific ingredients that are helpful in anti aging properties, so I thought why not the net also. Well, I found Seneca Skin Creme and they were claiming Dr.Oz endorsed this product on his program, (that one I did not see), and was offering a FREE trial, pay only shipping. What escalated the "oh why not", was that was the last day of the offer! So, I received the product and later checked my bank statement and was charged $99.00 and $94.45... Iwas RIPPED OFF and so very upset with myself. I don't have very much money to begin with, so this is very upsetting.

I don't know what to do to recover it, at this point I'm considering it a loss and my very stupid mistake

Thankyou for your time

This company offers samples of two products for the skin that they promise will transform your face in a matter of days. They don't show how much the products will cost if you order after the trial and they don't say they will automatically charge you for the products in a matter of just a few weeks after you get the trial. I don't know if they even send the product because I have not been notified of any product shipment. Just found charges totaling about $200.00 on my master card.

The products are nothing that spectacular just a couple of small jars of cream. I haven't noticed any real change since beginning to try them about a week ago.

These companies are scamming the public and ripping people off!

Seneca Skin Care was an option of 5 free gifts after completing a survey, I was not on their website.

After choosing the best of the 5(or so I thought), I was asked to pay Shipping and Handling only for my FREE GIFT. Using my debit card information that paid for S&H, approximately 30 days later, I logged onto my bank, only to see I've been charged $99.67 for MY FREE GIFT!

I called my bank immediately to figure out what the charge was. It turned out to be my FREE GIFT, charging me for the product, which the .5oz bottle costs for a months supply. My bank mediated with a 3 way call, after an hour and a half, I have to pay to send the crap back with a tracking # , and I don't have an address to send it to.

In short, DO NOT choose this crap lotion if you're offered as a free gift for completing a survey! It cost 4.95 to ship to me, and the cost to ship it back, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT!
