I have dealt with Servpro for many years, mainly Dave Tronson out of Burbank. His company and employees are great. Honest, depandable, hard working and very responsive to any customer concerns.
For some reason we got sent to the Servpro of Eagle Rock. What a mistake! Ramona Benjamin who calls herself "Mona" is a horrible person to deal with. She claims tht she has been in business with servpro for "many years" - LIE! I found out that she has only been fanchised since 2013.
The Eagle Rock franchise are incompetant at the best and scam artists at their worst!
I did some searching on her back ground and I found out that the owner is a ROMA- ie - GYPSY! That explains their lack of business ethics. I guess I should be glad she didn't try to read my palm andtry to get money to fix the "curses" that have been placed upon me and my family.
So a warning to anyone using Servpro - Make sure you use the one in Burbank and NOT the one in Eagle Rock.
