We Leased Apartment No. 2, at 15 Russell Street, Worcester, Massachusetts. 01609 to these three Worcester State University students, Shane A. Gleim; Carrick D. Driscoll; and Mathew R. Angelo. See Divexco Corporation v. Shane A. Gleim; Carrick D. Driscoll; and Mathew R. Angelo, Worcester, Massachusetts Housing Court, eviction Case No. 15-SP-1942.

We were evicted these abusive and drunken sailors. When they abandoned the apartment they had nearly destroyed the apartment causing loses of more than Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Two dollars and Thirty Seven Cents ($7,332.37) in damages to the apartment. Not counting Four Thousand Eight Hundred ($4,800) dollars in loss of rent not to mention an untold amount of man-hours of work and efforts by workers and the principals of Divexco for a period of nine (9) days working full time in the apartment to cure the unfathomable damage caused to the apartment. A bull in a China shop would have done less damage!

During the time the Shane A. Gleim; Carrick D. Driscoll; and Mathew R. Angelo lived at the property, they lived like complete animals, accompanied by mountains of foul smelling trash and rotten waste; the Defendant’s closets was the floor; when trash no longer fit in the apartment they dumped their excess trash in the balcony or in the parking lot; they lived and ate on the floors; they terrorized the other tenants; they walked around the property half-naked in front of resident teenage girls apparently faulting their steroids filled muscles; they had constant fist-fights in the apartment among themselves as well as in the parking lot; allegedly they beat up their girlfriends; the police had to be called on numerous occasions; they drank more than drunken sailors; they destroyed the bedroom doors; nailed hundreds of nails and thumb tags on the walls; severely damaged the hardwood floors; teared with brutal force the door locks from the doors; teared the refrigerator handles; teared ALL of the closet doors; destroyed the brand new stove by allowing it to burn; punched the walls; hit the sink with a blunt object; cracked the toiled bowl; destroyed the bathroom vanity furniture; and maliciously and vindictively clogged the drainage in the kitchen and bathroom with cement.
