I signed up for a 14-day free trial of anti-aging cream from Sheridan Laboratories. On exactly day 15, there was a $93 charge to my account but had never received the product. When I called them, a customer representative named "Daniel Jones", also known to his close friends and family as Apu, explained the trial period had expired and that I now owed them $93. I then explained to him that I had never received the product.
He told me that this was my fault because apparently, I had given them "half of the billing address and half of the mailing address" since I was sending this to my mother. After asking him why I hadn't been notified so that the product could be sent to the correct address, he just kept repeating that it ws my fault for giving a non-deliverable address.
I summarized the situation and asked, "So, I have no product and you still get my money?" To his response, "There is nothing I can do. You put a wrong address and I cannot issue a refund." Nor would he let me speak with a supervisor.
Do not buy anything from Sheridan Laboratories. It is a fraud!
