The Hancocks and their sales team only know how to lie. They lie about efficiency, they lie about getting paid in installments, they lie about the jobs they have done, they lie about getting permits, they lie about when they will start and finish the job, they lie about being sick, I see jail time in their future. They have stolen millions of dollars and declared bankruptcy. If they get off from the charges filed to the Nassau and Suffolk DA's office, do not hire any company involving Thomas Hancock Jr, Thomas Hancock Sr, Terence Hancock and/or James Gansky. Sherman industry was amazing!!! The work they did on our home was beyond what we could have ever expected. The real joy was not paying for oil to heat our home this past winter. Everyone we know was paying 3 to 4 times more then they did in previous years. Last summer without our central air system geothermal cooled our house perfectly even on the hottest of days. Our electric bill is down overall and we have no oil bill either. Our savings are in the thousands each year!!! Thank you Sherman
I contracted with Sherman Industries to install Geo-Thermal in my home. This company was a horror to deal with. Very pushy about getting paid, but impossible to get any work done with. I was promised rebates to offset the cost that either did not exist, or they were not approved to offer, and I am out over $16,000. They tried to install a smaller system in my home that I had contracted for, but I was able to get them to replace it with the right one after many months of fighting with them to put in the system that I had paid for. My system is still not running right, and I no have to get another company to fix the problems that Sherman created. Horrible people, do not ever deal with any of them, and I hope they get what they deserve.
