I signed with Shipley Energy to provide electricity generation, but found a much better deal elsewhere about a month later Forgot about their $75.00 early termination fee. Got in touch with them and they offered a compatible rate and said they would drop the early termination fee if I signed back up with them, which I did. I also signed up for their natural gas distribution. About a week later I get notice from them that they can not honor the rate offered to me and wanted more. I went elsewhere but now they want the $75.00 fee. It is them that reneged on the new contract so I owe them nothing. Now they are threatening to send it to collections. Nice company, huh?
