The worst company I ever dealt with. My wife ordered me a birthday gift. Item never delivered and wife's CC was charged full price. Numerous calls and emails to no avail. They have her money and I have no gift. Ripped off big time.
I placed an order for a miniature college helmet nearly 2 weeks ago. I have also sent emails requesting the status of my order. I have yet to receive a response. I have called the numbers listed on their website and the numbers are constantly busy.
DO NOT order from this company.

ZERO stars. I ordered a NFL chair from these guys and the item never arrived! Not only that, I can't get anyone to respond to my emails and their phone number doesn't work! It's been 4 weeks. I'm out $60! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them. I'm so disappointed. What an awful company!

Four weeks ago I ordered a cheerleading uniform for my granddaughter to wear on Halloween. Their site says it takes two weeks to make the uniform.
Two weeks ago I called to check on a tracking number for shipping. I've since called at least 5 times and sent over 15 emails. I either get no answer, no response to my messages, no return answers to my emails, or a response to help but no follow up to the claim to help.
This company is completely bogus. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They took $60 from me and all I've gotten for it is a crying granddaughter. What a bunch of -------.
