In 2009 I bought a new camper trailer from Durnell's RV Sales Inc. located in Lakeview, Ohio, phone 937-843-9000. At the time of purchase they sold me an RV Elite Service Contract through Phoenix American Warranty Company located in Miami, Florida, 6303 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 225. The financial group processing the contract, and that is responsible for a refund of the policy which in my case would have been $1,699.00 is Signet Financial Group PO Box 6839! Vacaville, Ca. Phone number 1-877-474-4638. The contract reads that if you carry the service contract with Phoenix American for five years and never use it in those five years I am entitled to the $1,699.00. Signet Financial Group carries the service contract refund agreement. They are no longer in business. I have called the dealer, Phoenix American Warranty company, and tried Signet Financial no one can seem to help me.

When I called to verify that we had held up to our bargain the phone number was for sexy number for women to chat to people. I didn't like that at all. I was further deeply disappointed to find out that the company has been dissolved. I was counting on that money to help pay off my camper sooner than anticipated. Now I am out $1460.00! What a giant rip off! As I had doubts when I first got the insurance, I should have stuck to my feelings and never purchased this extra insurance. It was in the event something big would go wrong with the camper. Very upset over this. Please stick to your gut feelings.
