Silver Cloud Financial, Inc. Reviews

They sent me a "late notice" on payment for a loan they claim i took from them a few months back. I don't borrow money. I never heard of this company until i received their letter. They insist i complete a long claim form disclosing a lot of very sensitive information. They have not presented me with the application and signature they supposedly have from me - which i know does not exist.

This has to be mail fraud.

I applied for a loan with this company and was approved for $800. Once approved I was sent an email containing a link that took me to their site with the documents I would have to sign. Before signing anything I wanted a more clear picture on what I would actually be paying be making any commentment. On the $800 loan my arrangements would be $320 down for the initial payment and $45 a month for the next 20 months. I turned down the offer. The agent immediately said we have a special right now that it would be $100 off the initial pay bringing it to $160 and the $45 for 20 months. So I agreed to it. They took down my banking info and routing and made an arraingments to take payments the 1st of each month. After the $160 payment they charge me again in 15 days again this time for $264 but it was declined, thank God. Now in another 15 days they again cannot get their payment. We agreed the 1st every month and a payment once a month not twice.

I logged onto my account to see what is going on and the terms I signed for were not there as I signed. They have me down as 652% interest rate and that's i'd be paying a total of $3200 on an $800 loan. Earlier I said when I signed documents a link was sent to my email and when you click that link your redirected and documents come up. No print option available at all. So now I have no proof of what they initially said I would originally be paying except now what they've changed it too. The only option I have now is to report them to my bank as fraudulant activity but they may continue with collections. I dont mind paying what I was told I would initially pay bit im not pay $2400 of interest for $800. These people are crooks and obviously using loop holes to make it look legal.

Call them to take out loan, approved for 600 dollars. The guy took info and then told me my first payment was not due for 2 weeks. Then get all info and they put in there it was that friday and when called them they said nothing they could do. So it made me real short on money that payday and had to juggle alot of bills arround just to make that payment. Found out that would pay of all most threee times the ammount due, not happy at all. Would not borrow again or tell anyone else about them.
