This comany is a complete scam!! They send you a low estimate and jack the prices up on you when they get your items on the truck. They don't tell you the final payment until all your items are on the truck and then force you to pay this ridiculous amount if you ever want to see them again.
This was a complete nightmare. They were already an hour and a half late and arrived with no apology or explanation. They began to move my furniture and boxes and the two guys were so uncorrordinated it was ridiculous.
I literally watched one of the guys drop an entire box of dishes. I called in to report them and the sales rep told me that thir insurance does not cover my dishes!! WTF???
Not only were my dishes broken but there are scratches and small rips on my brand new leather sofa. I called them about that and they told me I had to go through their claims department. Basically, take a number and stand in line.
At the end of the move by bill was three times as much as I was quoted and no one would explain to me why.
These people are complete rip offs!! DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ITEMS!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY CARELESS!!
