We purchased this mattress at us-mattress.com both sides of the mattress were sagging, deep. The mattress developed terrible sagging more than 1’1/2 inch deep. On April 1 I call Simmons to come look at the mattress.
On April 17th we have someone came to our house and she sent a report about our mattress.
April 25, 2014 we received a letter from the warranty department
Dear Mr. Massoud: Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you. After reviewing your warranty claim, we will offer replacement of your TWO TWIN EXTRA LONG box springs. Per the terms and conditions of Simmons limited warranty, we are unable to provide service on your MATTRESS due to stains or soilage. Therefore, we must deny warranty coverage on your mattress. The warranty has been voided on your mattress.
The problem at the mattress developed terrible sagging more than 1’1/2 inch deep caused by the bad TWO TWIN EXTRA LONG box springs which they will replace. Not the stains to deny warranty coverage.
