Completely Wrong information about the wrong company about a subject without merits
This report is talking about a company that is not related to us, not located in the city we are, the website used is wrong. The facts are not there. We are a company located in California, we are a single individual owned company, we do not have employees or an underwriting department. Whoever wrote this review must be talking about a company with similar name in another state. You must remove this report or suffer the consequences of a defamation lawsuit. Before posting a damaging review you must check the facts.
When I contacted Scamorg.com To bring up the subject asking them to correct the erroneous information, instead of verifying the information posted on their site and correcting the error; here is their reply:

Unfortunately the complaints cannot be removed. Please send us a rebuttal describing why the review cannot be trusted. Provide as many details as possible, including your customer support phone number, email and address. The rebuttal will be posted on the top of the page so everyone could see it in the first place. If no reply is received within 7 days, the review will be marked as "Not Credible".
If you still insist the review to be removed, this can be done through our investigative program only. The service costs $349.

This only tells me that something is really fishy with this company, scamorg.com, they may have posted this on purpose to collect $349 to remove the misrepresentation, misleading review about a company they have absolutely no knowledge of or about. So you tell me what one is supposed to deduct.
Soooo, I went looking for an Obamacare plan and these folks over at Simplified Health Insurance called telling me about this greattttt Major medical plan. Now, the first thing that should have told me this place was shady was the enrollment fee of 100(+)... I really had an issue with this so they sent me to the managers desk.. Now here's where things started to get a little sketchy and weird: The background noise during this call never changed!! This idiot manager gave me some BS about the fee and was in a rush to send me to these omnipotent underwriters so i eventually caved and went with it... They sent me to underwriting and a woman named night quill (I swear I cant make this stuff up) was my underwriter (and let me tell you she was sooooo not friendly). Now I would assume that this manager guy can't be all over the building at once because when she started the recording I heard him in the background talking to some other lady.
Moving foward I get my package in the mail, I never recieved the e-mail (but who cares #NOPENALTY4ME).... The plan was a piece of crap that covered nothing and get this the enrollment fee was non-refundable, the customer support was no help this rude b**** named Carinna was being a jerk to me... And to top it off I had to close out my credit card because apperantly someone has been using it via the internet.. Now after all of this I put some friends to work... So over a few weeks we called in as prospects... Asked for agent Id's got hung up on a couple of times got fake id numbers and some real ones... When I looked up the few real ID numbers I recieved they were only liscensed in the state of FLORIDA!!!!!(And this is important because I don't live in Florida). Whats most disturbing is the fact that I stumbled across some other information and had a lawyer friend of mine look into it; this place hasn't been around for a full two years and has changed its name from The Insurance Depot of America(yea like home depot!!LOL) to Simplified health insurance... SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! People please do your homework and report it here... We are being dooped by these scam artists... Im going to take this shady place down.
