Simply Pure Nutra Reviews

Warning to all others about Simply Pure Nutra. I had came across an email that had a link to their website and I was complelety fooled by their advertisements regarding their products. They claimed to have a Risk-Free Trial for a 30 day Supply for their Garcinia Cambogia and Total Cleanse Products. Each Valued at $89.95.

All you pay is the shipping and you have 14 days from your order date (Not Your Receiving Date), which actually only gives you about a week to try the products, to cancel to avoid the purchase fee of $89.95/product and the Enrollment for their delivery program which sends you a 1 month supply every 30 days from the day of your Original Order. In order to return the product you are required to have a Return Merchandize Authorization Number which takes 2-3 days to be generated after your initial call. You are resposible for calling back to try to receive this number. You also have to pay 15% of the $89.95/product ($13.49) for Re-Stocking fee...as well as the return shipping and each bottle must be shipped individually. All items returned must be Unused and in Original Condition...What? He also said from start to finish with the returning it would take 2-3 weeks for everything to be processed!

His other offer was to keep my "samples" and pay 75% of the $89.95/product to be able to keep them and not have to go through all of the "hassel" (his words). After clearly voicing my thoughts on the company's Free-Risk Free Trials being a bunch of crap he graciously decided to give me 50% off the purchasing price of $89.95/Product which I ended up going with so that I could cancel and be completely done with the company in the same day. I was not taking a chance that I could and probably would've been billed for the full amounts in a matter of days.

Of course I know that the terms and conditions were there in plain sight for me to read, I follishly didn't so I take full responsibility for falling for this Scam I also promised him that I would do everything that I could to Warn others of their scam! I even have him recorded saying "The Misunderstanding on the Terms and Conditions are Misleading and they do Irritate Alot of People!"

I truly hope this report saves a few people from falling victim to a company that simply put - takes advantage of people. If your products were truly that good you would not need to scam people out of money by offering a Free- Risk Free Trial, Money back Unconditional Gaurantee only to turn around and charge them $35-$90/Product. For myself that was $100. Others pay have paid up to $180. You get 10 more people blinded by a few misleading words and this company has made $1800 just by having well written the terms and conditions to only Benefit themselves.

ripoff

I tried that product to. You r right. it doesn't say that on their site that it's a subscription. When I found out it was they wouldn't let me cancel until I got the trail bottle. Then when I got it they pressured me into a buy out where I would get a second bottle at a discount and then that would cancel it and that would be cheaper than returning it where I wouldb charged for shopping and the restocking fee. I was supposed to get emails for both. When I didn't get them I called them and they said I'd get them after I get billed for the second bottle. When I got billed I still didn't get the emails. I called again where they said the free trail wasn't a gift and I was charged for the trail bottle and there was no second bottle.

resent the that email and said

This company claims to have a Risk Free 30 day trial....well I fell for it and tried it. DON'T. Just don't. I ordered two of their products to try for 30 days free, just pay shipping, about 10 days ago. I got the product pretty fast, but every time I take it, I get sick with terrible cramp and nausea.

On Friday (this being Sunday) I emailed them to ask for a return authorization number and where to send the product, and this morning I woke up to almost $200 in charges on my bank account! I called their number, but got a recording saying that they were closed.....yet they charged me today? I called my bank and they told me that they had double charged everything. Not even 15 days into the 30 day trial, and they are charging me extreme amounts of money, twice even.

Warning to any of those who might do what I did, there are several articles out there talking about the benefits of these suppliments, and some even link to a ""free trial""... but most of those sites that involve the words or combination of words like Pure Nutra, Nutra, Simple Nutra, Nutra Pure, etc are all the same company behind the scenes...and they are all rip offs.
