Sitemile.com is a SCAM...

Sitemile is a Scam, do NOT buy from them any themes. I purchased from them the "project/freelance theme", the theme may initially looks good but not all declared features are functioning (invoicing, milestones, affiliate, payment of service fees, and many others). they will never tell you NO, Andrei will always accept any request from you and then keep giving you empty promises, he will never take any actions and he will screw your project. i asked them to do some critical customizations related to my business model, however they never took any action, even for the very simple customizations, this Andrei Saioc will keep sending you fake emails to keep you waiting (ex. it's almost done, iam almost there, it's almost finished, i will do it today, i'll finish it tonight, etc) Andrei Saioc and Sitemile are scam, If you don't want to loose your money and your business DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY THEMES... Sitesmile not recommended at all.

Sitemile.com is a SCAM!

www.trustpilot.coSUMMm took MONTHS to approve my complaint about Andrei and even now I can't easily locate my complaint under my Facebook name "Dakom Inacum". You will not obtain 100% access to the users forum until after you've purchased. At that time you'll discover you've made a mistake purchasing. Maybe PayPal will give a refund but I've not tried it. My posts requesting assistance have been deleted or flat-out ignored.

SUMMARY: Save your money, download a free copy of his scripts and hire a programmer to TRY making it operate.

Our experience with sitemile

we had a good experience and we bought the membership and use the themes in our customer websites. We found this experience good, and not sure why on this website you cant verify if the poster of the review is a real customer. I could easily trash competitors here with bad reviews as this site doesnt even verify you.

Sitemile.com claims that "Our wordpress apps and themes are plug and play and you do not need any other plugins or other custom scripts to run them. Just push them in and you are ready!"

They company offers a number of clone scripts for websites like Groupon, Fiverr, Taskrabbit, Craigslist, Ebay, ect. Each indidvidual script (Wordpress plugin) costs approximately $50--however, Sitemile.com also offers two different club membership options which allow the user to access all of the company's themes. The basic club membership is $249 while the professional version is $379. Each package varies in terms of what the user is allowed to do with the scripts. For example, even if you purchase the professional version—you will still need to upgrade to an extra developer license (which is about $40 per theme) in order to have full access to all features and add-ons(mobile versions, different operating systems, etc.), including lifetime updates, and the rights to sell a website with the theme installed.

It sounds like a great deal—until you purchase the package only to find out that only one or two of the themes functions. However—in order to use any of the scripts-you need prior programming knowledge. Andrei and sitemile make it sound like the scripts are user friendly for anyone, which is not the case.

If only I had known about the forum before I purchased the basic club membership—I wouldn’t have purchased the product. The forum is full of complaints from disgruntled members who did not get what they paid for. In fact—most of the theme are still in development. For example, every few months, Andrei promises that the Taskerr theme (TaskRabbit) clone script will be completed—he has promised this since early 2013. Yet—nothing. Here is a link to the forum: http://sitemile.com/support-forums/

So to the point—I purchased the basic club membership back in April. I spent an additional $40 to upgrade to the extra developer license for Taskerr-the script I wanted the most. Andrei took the money and failed to mention that the script does not work. He also promised to upgrade me, and never did. He also refused my refund request. Additionally, he said he would install it on my website and didn’t—communication with the company takes ages—even though sitemile claims on their website that they get back to you within 15-20 minutes.

Sitemile and Andrei Saioc are scam artists and dishonest. Those who have been successful with a few of their scripts (such as pricerr, the fiverr clone) have either been programmers or have hired programmers to make the script work.

All I want is a refund for the nearly $400 I spent with sitemile on wordpress plugins that do not function as advertised. I’ve seen complaints on scambook as well—and hope these negative reviews show up in the search engines in order to save other customers from getting scammed.

I have email correspondence with Andrei if anyone wants to see it. But—avoid this company like the plague. They will take your money and leave you stranded. I am calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charges. I hope it works in my favor.

Avoid Sitemile – Avoid Andrei.

Please retract this

We had a great time with sitemile and i really think they are great. We have bought all of their themes and we are pleased. I really think you might not be even a customer or not sure because we are using the themes in many customer sites and they are just great
