I saw the product online and disided to give it a try. Made the order in November on 2013 and the website showed it was shipped in early December. i paid extra for international shipping so after about three weeks i dicided to send an email asking about my product, no respose. so a few days later i sent another email. I received my one and only response which read: i will contact the shipping company to see where your package is. Never hear back again, ive left three other messages but nothing! I decided to look online and who knew it turned out the company was a scam! I know im reporting this very late but better late than never. I'm outside the united states and thought ow I'll take care of it when i get home but now i know its a scam i figure it my duty to say something for future buyers. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED!
I placed on order for a skinhale product over 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. I still have not received the item and when I go to the website and check my order status it says ""awaiting fulfillment"". The company has no email address, no phone number & no live chat option to follow up on my order. They only have a contact form for you to fill out which is missing when you click the link. I was able to send several messages under the messages tab but never received a response.
This product and company were recommended on several legit websites but my dealings with this company have been less than ideal. They take your money, never send the item and do not make an attempt to contact you.
