I saw skincell advertising on the internet and they were offering a free sample of their face cream and only charging transportation costs. I ordered the free sample and paid with my debit card,but within seconds they had taken two charges,one for the transportation costs and a second of £114.00 for a second order. I only authorised the first payment and have reported it to my bank but they say the money has gone and there is nothing they can do. Cannot afford this and have e.mailed skincell for a refund but hokd out little fope. How many more people are being duped like me
