I was puzzled about a collection letter I received today, suggesting that I owed the Weldon Owen company $38.94. Imagine my "surprise" when I found several other complaints about SKO Brenner, demanding this exact dollar amount to satisfy a debt allegedly owed to this same company. I have contacted the Weldon Owen company to request substantiation of the debt; I will be surprised to receive anything remotely approaching proof. The Weldon Owen company could well be an unwitting victim in this fraud. On the other hand, it's possible they are sending out products without getting payment first...and I'd love to know what they have that is so wonderful that many of us "ordered" it without paying.
Do not send money to these people! This is not a collections agency. My husband recieved a collections notice from them for Hydroxatone. Neither I and, certainly, not my husband have bought this product!!! Read the scams on Hydroxatone. This collection notice and Hydroxatone may just be one in the same.
