Then, on April 15, 2015, I made a deposit and it didn't show in my SLOTOCASH account. I contacted the company by their "chat" line and they corrected the problem. Then, again on April 16, 2015, I made another deposit. Fortunately, my deposits were only $40 USD. The deposit was never reflected in my SLOTOCASH account, but, of course the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
When I contacted the "chat" line again, "Shane" stated that I needed to provide them with proof of the deposit. So, I cut and pasted the information from my account into the "chat" box. I provided them the information three times. Shane then stated that he could not fix the problem, but would have to forward by information to the "payment department."
Well, I started doing some research and found that there were reviews about this site on the net. Those reviews indicated that they had similar problems with SLOTOCASH. At this point, I'm just glad I didn't make a larger deposit. If you like you money...be careful about this company. Because they are oversees, you basically have no recourse when the cheat you. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
