from freelancer.com to develop a website for me. I paid him half of the agreed upon $2500.00 in advance to build the site. After 3 weeks, they put up what they said they had been working on and I immediately recognized it as a freeware script with no customization for my approval. When I disapproved of it, they told me I was out of luck, no refunds, feel free to fire me if you wish.
I did fire them and now I want to be sure they don't do this to anyone else. They have a perfect score on freelancer.com which I am very suspicious of. Being a web designer, they may have a way of padding all the numbers and jobs they list. There is no way that I am the first person with an issue.
When hiring a web designer, I will never use someone I can't meet.

This company is really a fraud company, to cheat and cover themselves they use 3 different name as below :

I have used them through a freelancer site, and the guy named Vinit Dawra dealt with me. He a total cheat, doesn't know how to talk to a customer! He is so arrogant and rude, when i hired them for customized website, he gave me pretty good looking designs in image format, but when i asked fot HTML version what he gave me was total disaster, the images were disoriented with different size, text color, different color in all the header tabs....everything was a total piece of shit and truly unprofessional!
When i asked this vinit guy why such poor quality, he said i am paying less amount so he will give quality accordingly! And mind it i paid him $1000 for a simple dynamic site with no complex features... I said him I will complaint against him so he made fun of me and my products.....he is really pathetic person and yet the company made him Marketing head! God bless this company!
Later i got to know from some friends (who worked for him for about 3 months) that this vinit guy is not a freelancer, he is into some company which has about 20-25 guys who works for such freelancing sites and he and his colleagues treats their employees very badly, a couple of girls named Nishi Dawra and Sonia dange also support this guy even after his bad behavior with their employees and on top of that they doesn't pay the employees even the minimum wages and make them work even on holidays...I mean doesn't the company should know Its against Labor Law! Also beware of the mentioned names, so you know what to do when you read their name next time you use any freelancing site.
My friend told me below facts that assured me that these guys are total Scamsters nothing else!
1. They make all their employees sign a 1 year bond where they keep your 3 months salary, deduct 2 months salary as security, and for first two months all the work you do will be world class, and right from 3rd month....you are treated as doormats....he will call u bad names, insult you in front of everybody, shows disgust in your work every single day, give you 10 projects at one point and expect you to complete all of them withing 5 hours or be ready for more name calling!! In such case quality will surely go even below the poor level of the quality!!
2. Never let anybody to discuss directly with client, but yes of course how can he tell his employees he has no customers, he is just taking chances through freelancing :D
3. Hire some work-from-home kind of people, and whenever he lose any projects blame it on those poor guys, as if its their fault he lost in competition where thousands of people are working!
4. Made their employees work even on national holidays as he give about 7-8 leaves a year which includes at-least 2-3 festivals which comes on Sunday....so ultimately 4-5 leaves they can get where they have to celebrate festival at office working with heavy workload which all comes from freelancing.
5. He has no other option except freelancing as being in Marketing/Sales one has to be polite and smart, but he is far from being polite and courteous......about being smart, well that's one of the name he uses on freelancing sites like designcrowd, odesk, 99design, etc. Names they use are something like : smart, killerinfo, bestdesign etc.
6. They respond customer with wrong information, they use images without proper copyright and when customer face legal charges for using images without copyright they simply save their neck saying we have purchased these images but can't give you the details....
7. On job portals where they list jobs for their company, they mention turnover of 1 million usd....well that's what they earned in over 3 years on one of the freelancing site, if we check their job postings some have employee count as 60+ whereas some have count as 75+...whereas the real count is 20-25 employees.... See what i mean by SCAMSTERS!!
Guys Beware of such type of company where employee are of no value, their work is just below average quality, only images are good, but i guess actions speak louder than words, you can try them if you like to waste your money and get a poor quality website and try it yourself the disgusting behavior of these bunch of cheaters!
