I was searching for windows office suite and purchased from this site. It seemed too good to be true and turned out to be just that. They took my card info and then sent me an email with the download site with a promise that they would email the license key "within an hour". That was 5 days ago.
I called three times over the last few days and each time i tried to speak with the company i was routed to a voicemail with a promise that someone would return my call "within an hour." see a trend forming...? I sent emails asking for the license key and finally sent an email stating that if i didn't get the key "within one hour" i would tell my bank to dispute the charge and refund my payment.
I quickly called my bank and forwarded a request for a disputed charge and sadly, a new card. This happened before the weekend and i have no access to my bank account and i have $1 in my wallet right now. I should have checked the company out first, before my purchase, and i would have avoided the replacement of my card and the hassle of dealing with an unscrupulous business.
I will check out any new purchases that seem too good to be true before the purchase

This outfit is just that, a scam and the two that I spoke with, first a Brad and then a Mark. Both emailed me the product key numbers. After going through some time of trying to activate this software-went to a complete loop and no success. Check with MS Support desk, 877-696-7786 and was advised, what in essence I had received was two sets of expired product keys and of course, should be very cautions as to purchasing their product other than the real McCoy. Buyer beware and also had to not only cancel my credit card but, also had to report this fraud to my credit card fraud unit for recovery of my ripped off money. Remember, "caveat emptor".
I have used Office 2019 ProPlus for years now, having made the original purchase from "Softempire.co". The complaint is that eventually it stops working and unless you can, on you own, figure out how to re-install and re-register, you're SOL. I paid $25 and have use of it since February 2019 until today. I'm not crying, but it is frustrating. At least, I dodged the cost for 2 years+.
Save yourself a headache and your money, I ordered Microsoft Office Proffesional Plus 2010 from Software Empire. I was able to download the software but the product key was no good, it took me some time but I have a total of 4 product keys now.None of these product keys are good,The support tech. I keep getting referred to is Mark I Beleive this is Marks bussiness.
I have emailed Mark letting him know I want a refund.Mark in return email me back some bullcrap saying he is unable to refund my money he is in the process of switching banks so he can not refund my money, that was 3 weeks ago. I know when Im being ripped off. Plece let me help you,Go else where to do your bussiness dont let this guy rip you off.
We made an online purchase for a few Microsoft Office products. We were told it was an instant download. We erecived a line to a setup file hours later and could not even install teh program as a serial number was needed (We never received)
After numerous attempts a a voice mail system that went nowhere, we emailed and emiled requesting a refund and no one ever got back to us.
After further investigation, we see the domain was just setup within 6 months, however they state they have been in business "many years"
After threatening a chargeback, we finally received a serial number that allowed install but not activation.
The instructions said do it by phone, well taht failed as well. WE contacted Microasoft and tehy informed us it was nothing more than a 30 day trial serial number.
