I spent a great deal of time with chat support prior to making my purchase for MS Office 2010 Home & Student Edition. Although I realize that there is a newer version, I have my solid reasons for needing THIS one. Once purchased, my "download" button took me right to a ...'congratulations, you have been upgraded to the 2013 edition'. I got back online and asked my "chat" support where my purchase was; that I did not WANT the upgrade. She told me that I could custom install this version and simply decide not to upload all of the contents. I informed her that this was advertised as a very easy install and that I did NOT want to custom install NOR did I want the 2013. I kept getting scripted responses and I kept saying that all I wanted was my 2010 edition. I was told to contact them tomorrow and "ask for a manager", to which I replied that I did not want to talk to a manager tomorrow, I wanted my purchase tonight, as was told I would have. I was then asked if I would allow her to "access my computer to help me" to which I replied, NO.

Plain and simply, I just wanted what I purchased......nothing more. Why was I not able to get that download. I will definitely call tomorrow, but that is certainly not going to help me tonight. Never again with this company!

FAKE!!!

You are now chatting with 'Dylan'

Dylan: Hello and welcome to Software Support Hub! My name is Dylan and I am your software specialist. What questions can I help you answer today?

Ross: do you take pay-pal??

Dylan: Hi Ross

Dylan: Unfortunately we do not

Dylan: Visa or MasterCard

Ross: Why is this?? We require that every order be verified through a 15 second phone call before we issue your activation key

Dylan: To prevent fraudulent orders

Dylan: Make sure the cardholder is the one placing the order

Ross: I orderer a lot on line, on one ever has done this, not wal-mart, new-egg, best buy,, amazom??? wtf??

Dylan: then dont order

Dylan: we have a digital product

Dylan: its easy for scammers to receive the product for free if they order with a stolen card

Ross: ok , i guess i wont

Dylan: since nothing is shipped

Dylan: you dont like it... go elsewhere

Dylan: idiot

Dylan is an idiot

Yes I agree Dylan is very rude when you are chatting online. He seems to be so irresponsible while answering few queries for the products. He does not care if you buy or not and it hardly matters to him to build a customer relation.

Absurd Staff at Software Supply

Are this guys genuine???. They seem to be selling fake software licenses. Nor they have any

support system for customers and they cannot identify the problems . Online help is absurd

product activation issues are not solved and are kept pending.

This company is very new and has no experience in selling licenses.

Staff lack morals

A very terrible crop of staff and "Dylan - software specialist on live chat" in particular. A very rude and unprofessional staff who has no moral and regard for customers. He should not be attending to customers online because he sounds irrational.

I couldn't have imagined Dylan telling me on live chat to go elsewhere after my card was charged for a software product I purchased and later declined it without no just cause.

It really sounded ridiculous and silly of Dylan to have made such comments instead of finding a way of resolving the issue.

If I had taken some time to read reviews about them , I would not have bothered making purchases from their website.

He really needs to learn how to deal with customers. I recommend that Dylan goes for training that will help him relate better with customers and not bring in sentiments or emotions to his/her job.
